How to Log In & Edit Your Play Your Way Online Account o Enter your email and password
o Select Login
o Once logged the account screen will appear (see below)
EDITING YOUR PROFILE o Under My Profile select green EDIT button

o You can edit your name, address, phone number, emergency contact information (the
relation field can be left blank) & health alerts fields
o Your email and birthdate cannot be changed online and will require you to call our
customer service team at (519) 661-5575
o Once you have completed editing your profile select Save

HOW TO ADD A FAMILY MEMBER o Select Add Family Member
o Some fields will auto populate with your account information such as email, phone
number and address, but these can be changed manually if desired
o All fields marked with * are mandatory
o The contact relation field is not mandatory

o When complete, click Submit
o You have the ability to add as many family members as you would like to your account
by repeating the above process
o Once a family member is saved, the screen will populate like the example below
o Note: If your account is in a credit position, all family members on the account will
share access to use of the credit
o Click Back to Client List
o You can then select which client you wish to view by clicking on the client or using the
search bar
o You can also add another family member from this screen by clicking Add Family
Member
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR LOGIN o Select Manage Login on menu on top of page
o A box will pop up with Manage Login Information
o From this screen you can select forgot password and the system will email you a
temporary login
o You can also use this option to change or modify your current account password
o Select Save when completed
