The following four laws help us to know God personally and have apurpose in life.
GOD LOVES US AND CREATED US TOHAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPWITH HIM.
THE LOVE OF GODGod so loved the world that He gave His one andonly Son, that whoever believes in Him shall notperish, but have eternal life (John 3:16).
GOD'S PLAN[Jesus is praying to the Father]: "And this is eternallife, that they may know You, the only true God, andJesus Christ whom you have sent." (John 17:3)
Why is it that most people are not experiencing the abundant lifeand this relationship with God?

MAN CANNOT KNOW GOD ANDEXPERIENCE HIS LOVE BECAUSE HEIS SINFUL.
Man was created to have fellowship with God; but, because of man's sin, this fellowship with God wasbroken. The violation of God's law, the Bible calls sin.
MAN IS SINFUL
All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God(Romans 3:23).

AFTER RECEIVING JESUS IN OUR HEARTS
Here are some suggestions for growth afterexperiencing salvation:
1. Begin each day with prayer. (John 15:7)
2. Read the Bible daily. (Acts 17:11) It's a goodidea to start with the Gospel of John.
3. Take part in Church activities: Bible study, reading the Bible, praying and giving thanks.
If we do this, our salvation become more real, ourspiritual life grows stronger and our faith in God'spromises is strengthened

MAN IS SEPARATED FROM GOD
The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).
Death is eternal separation from God. This diagramillustrates that God is holy and man is sinful. A greatgap separates the two. Mankind by his own effortscannot have a relationship with God.
The third law shows there can be a bridge betweenGod and man.

DO NOT DEPEND ON FEELINGSThe promise of Gods Word, the Bible not our feelings is our authority. The Christian lives by faith (trust) in thetrustworthiness of God Himself and His Word. This traindiagram illustrates the relationship between fact (Godand His Word), faith (our trust in God and His Word), andfeeling (the result of our faith and obedience).(John 14:21)
The train will run with or without a passenger carriage. However, it would be useless to attempt to pull the trainby the passenger carriage. In the same way, asChristians we do not depend on feelings or emotions todecide what is true, but we place our faith (trust) in thetrustworthiness of God and the promises of His Word.

YOU CAN RECEIVE CHRIST RIGHT NOW BYFAITH THROUGH PRAYER
Prayer is simply talking to God. The following is asuggested prayer:
"Lord Jesus, I want to know you as my personalSaviour. I thank you for dying on the cross in myplace. I open the door of my heart and my life toyou. I accept you as my Saviour and the Lord ofmy life. I thank you for giving me eternal life and
forgiving my sins. Guide my life according to yourwill.
Does this prayer express the desire of your heart?
If it does, I invite you to pray this prayer right now, andChrist will come into your life, as He promised.

The first diagram shows a person who
has not made Jesus Christ the lord of his
life. Because Jesus Christ is outside his
life, he has no assurance of eternal life
This is an example of a person without
goals because self sets the boundaries of
his conduct.
The second diagram shows a man whohas entrusted his life to Jesus Christ. His
sins have been forgiven and he enjoys
the love of God in his life every day.
Which diagram represents your life?
Which diagram would you like to have represent your life?
The following explains how you can receive Christ:

WHEN WE RECEIVE CHRIST, WE EXPERIENCE ANEW BIRTH (Read John 3:1-8)
WE RECEIVE JESUS WHEN WE INVITE HIMPERSONALLY
[He is saying:] Here I am! I stand at the door andknock. If any one hears My voice and opens the door,I will come in and eat with him and he with Me
(Revelation 3:20).
We receive Jesus when we confess our sins andrealise that He has paid the penalty for our sins andthat He died on our behalf. We receive Him by faith.
