HOW TO DO PUBLIC SEARCH OF TRADE MARK ?

•Log in to http://ipindia.nic.in

•Click on the tab “Trade Mark”

•Click on the tab “Public Search”

A three steps process..

CLICK ON THE TAB “TRADE MARK”

Log in to http://ipindia.nic.in

CLICK ON THE TAB “PUBLIC SEARCH”

A New Window will open

Here fill the trade mark class e.g. 41

Click here to know TM Classes

A New Window will open

Here fill the name you want to search e. g.

“MAK”

It will show the results.
