o It is not possible to uninstall GRCPINW.Before you install the GRCPINW, keep in mind that you cannotuninstall ABAP add-ons. Further restrictions that concern theupgrade and maintenance of your SAP system and that occur as aresult of installing an add-on are described in release strategynote 1504132.

o Required releaseSAP NetWeaver 7.0 is required (optionally with Enhancement Package1 or 2).

o Import the latest SPAM/SAINT update.Make sure that you have installed the latest SPAM/SAINT update on

your system. If a newer version is available on SAP ServiceMarketplace, import the new SPAM/SAINT update.

4. Preparing the GRCPINW V1000_700 installation

o Making the Add-On GRCPINW V1000_700 available

- The installation CD for GRCPINW V1000_700 is not automaticallysent to all customers. Request the CD with material number51039481 from your local subsidiary or download the CD from SAPService Marketplace.

- Log on as user:adm on UNIXOFR on IBM i (previously i5/OS or OS/400)adm on Microsoft Windows

- Switch to the directory of your SAP system(usually /usr/sap/trans/EPS). The directory is

also displayed under DIR_EPS_ROOT after you execute the RSPFPARreport.

- Go to the higher-level directory of .

- Unpack the SAR archive on the CD with thefollowing statement:

5. Executing the GRCPINW V1000_700 installation

o User to be usedLog on to your SAP system in client 000 as a user with SAP_ALLauthorization. Do NOT use the SAP* or DDIC users.

o Display the add-on installation package:Call transaction SAINT and choose 'Start' and 'Load'.After the list of uploaded packages is displayed, you can return tothe initial screen of transaction SAINT by choosing F3 or 'Back'.

o Starting the installationCall transaction SAINT and choose 'Start'. Select the Add-OnGRCPINW V1000_700 and choose "Continue". If all of the necessaryconditions for importing the add-on have been fulfilled, the systemwill now display the relevant queue. The queue consists of theinstallation package, and it may also contain Support Packages andAdd-On Support Packages.To start the installation process, choose 'Continue'. For moreinformation, call transaction SAINT and choose 'Info' on theapplication toolbar.The system prompts you to enter a password. This password isprovided below.

6. After the installation of GRCPINW V1000_700

o Generation errors

- There are no generation errors.

o Delivery CustomizingDelivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may need to becopied to other clients. For more information, see Note 337623.

7. Language support

o In addition to German and English, the following languages aresupported by GRCPINW V1000_640: Arabic, Czech, Danish,Spanish,Finnish, French, Hebrew, Croation, Hungarian, Italian,Japanese,Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian,Slovak,Swedish, Turkish, Chinese trad., Chinese

o All the language-dependent parts of GRCPINW are contained in theinstallation package of the add-on. If the relevant standardlanguage exists in the system when you import GRCPINW, the languagepart of the add-on is automatically imported. You do not need toimport a language transport separately.

o If you import a new standard language into your system afterinstalling the GRCPINW, you must manually ensure that thecorresponding language-dependent part of the add-on is imported.See Note 195442 for further information.
