How to Halt Norton Startup|

Step 1: Press (windows + R) key

Step 2: Type 'msconfig‘ and press enter key.

Step 3: You may need administrator privileges. If asked for click Yes and enter administrator password.

Step 4: In the different window, click on the Startup tab.

Step 5: Uncheck every single name that is related with Norton Anti-Virus. 

Step 6: Reboot your computer.
