What is Frustration?

Frustration is a mental feeling,

Which comes to our mindwhen we can’t reach our desired destination.

Reason of

Frustration

According to my opinion,Frustration happens for onlyone reason.

That is

Lack Of

Confidence

When we can’t do something, which has been already done by others.We become depressed. Then we start to believe that this isn’t for me.I’m not the right person for doing this.

This happens because

we’re not confident.

We don’t have enough trust on us.
