1. Make your Zillow profile “STAND-OUT” by providing value-added information and links. Make it all about them and not you. For example, provide information and hyper-links to things like schools, weather, local events, important and useful articles, transportation, tips, local resources etc. If you provide valuable content on your profile that consumers are looking for and needing, they will return to your profile which increases the chances of them contacting you in the future. Many agents have confirmed that adding a personalized video to their profile has also increased their volume of contacts.

2. Get reviews from anyone and everyone you have worked with in real estate. You don’t have to select ONLY those who bought or sold a home with you. There are multiple options available for requesting reviews from past clients. Take advantage of allowing others to market you on your profile by sharing their experiences with your viewers. This is a powerful feature that works.

They have the power of influence and the ability to help expose your presence on Zillow and other sites and networks.

Use one or all of the most popular and preferred Social Media networks and sites to drive contacts to your profile and to increase the amount of contacts received on those outside networks. Social networking is the new “real estate farming” and a great way to increase your exposure and contacts.
