In general, there are average 10 or more candidates contest for election. Where around 8 candidates get very less percentage of votes, and only top 2 candidates get close to winning number of votes. It means, average 60% who vote, 10% to 20% votes get wasted, and only average 40% to 50% votes decide who to be member of parliament or state assemblies to lead 100% voters. There is no yearly performance evaluation of selected candidates. Many candidate do nothing in 5 years term for the welfare of society. Voters give vote to candidate considering religion, region, party, race, color, cast, sex, etc. Proposed Method: There must be two rounds of voting. First, as Qualifying round where many candidates can stand for election, and Second, Final round must be voting for only Top 2 candidate who scored best in qualifying round. This way Votes which were wasted in current method will also be a decisive factor. Elected Member of Parliament or state assembly will be for 5 years term, but candidate must pass yearly performance evaluation every year. There must be Yearly Performance Evaluation of selected candidates, where survey will be done by election commission and will ask voters to give rating as – Very Poor (-2), Poor (-1), OK (0), Good (1), Very Good (2). Candidate who scores negative result, become disqualified. Election commission must announce to have another round of qualifying and final rounds of elections in that candidate’s constituency. Elected Member of Parliament or state assembly will be for 5 years term, but candidate must pass yearly performance evaluation every year. A member of parliament or state assembly can not stand for election if he/she have completed 10 years in parliament or state assembly, as new ideas always bring progress. Voters must give vote considering Candidate Leader’s Quality as Honesty, Public Welfare, Trust Worthy, True, Hard Working, clean past and present, and with clear vision of better society, better state, better country, and better world. Voters must not vote considering Candidate Leader’s Religion, party, Region, Relation, Race, Cast, Color, Sex, etc. Please Share It
