How to Model This Framework for a

Predictable 240 New, Exclusive Leads Per Year

The key to this strategy is to find the right message, test it and once you have winner, outsource it to someone who can do it for you.

Do the math:

If you send out 20 a day, this could generate…

10 new connections per day… OR 50 per week… OR two hundred per month.

If you’re terrible at this, and you only get ONE new lead a day, that’s five new leads a week.

Safe to Say, the Odds Were Against Me

I had NO idea how to code a website… in fact I still don’t.

There were no social networks I was using to generate leads… because there WEREN’T any! The only was Myspace and only teenagers hung out there.

Doing anything online other than email was downright intimidating.

Strategy development has become this kind of remote, impossible art that barely anyone can reach.

The way I came to develop the wisdom I will share with you in this report is that, after jumping from tactic to tactic for so long, I learned how LITTLE the tactics were serving me, and I started to figure out the importance of having a market STRATEGY that positions you as a preemptive authority in the field.

It Was Only After Stepping Back From The Success

To Look Closely Did I See The ‘Aha!’ Moment

After the fog of the success cleared and I was able to take a good hard look at what I had accomplished with this company, I was able put words to what I had done.

I took what I had done, and duplicated the strategy with another company in the insurance space.

With that new company, we doubled sales in less than eleven months. Through jumping from tactic to tactic I had somehow formed a strategy, and finally I was able to put all of those small tactics together into a strategy.

Looking back, had I had this strategic roadmap before, I could have grown them much faster, even though each CEO was wildly thrilled with the results.

As I started to work on my new strategic approach at my first company, one of the major changes that I made was shifting the company’s focus from marketing based on PROMOTION to marketing based on EDUCATION AND GIVING VALUE UP FRONT.

That was a key strategic shift that I almost didn’t realize I was making. Looking back, however, I have to say that marketing based on education was the best success I have ever had, and one of the key decisions I made in my career.
