Prosumer rights: Fair access to markets

(right to self-generate, priority grid access & dispatch,

right to participate in DSR), free choice for individual or collective

market participation, fair & transparent network tariffs reflecting real grid use,

equitable access to support schemes, prohibition of retroactive changes

Consumers’ access

to solar self-generation

A. How grid access and use are

guaranteed to self-generating

consumers

B. How consumers’ excess

electricity production is treated

C. Which typical risks consumers

face when starting a self-

generation project

How to support self-generators, the cyclists of electricity

markets:

- Dedicated long-term strategy.

- Priority grid access and dispatch.

- Fair remuneration.

- Allow tenants to access solar self-consumption.
