Your eBook can be about any topic you want, and I mean ANYTOPIC. I know that many Internet marketers have been urgingyou to write about a topic you love, something that interests you, something you are passionate about, etc. This is therecommended option. If you are not passionate, you won’t be ableto write an eBook. This is true. But...

Why do I have to write the eBook myself? Can’t I just hiresomeone to do it for me? In this case, I don’t have to knoweverything about the topic, do I?

Introduction

9

Page 10: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Some Internet marketers don’t consider this logical solution. Youcan hire someone else to do the work for you. You can also sellan eBook without writing it and without hiring someone to write itfor you.

I’ll discuss that in detail soon. You will see how easy the methodsare. You only need to copy and paste content to your wordprocessor, add your name and picture, convert your file to a PDFfile and there is your eBook. Before you rush and judge, let metell you that these methods are 100% legal!

But whichever method you want to use, you’ll have to choose atopic. Here is how you do that:

10

Page 11: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Brainstorm Ideas1At this stage, you just write all ideas thatcome to your mind. Write any topic you

think of, any topic you like. Write 7 topics.

For example:• How to design an appealing course?

• How to promote your website for free?

• How to create a great info-product?

• How to start an online business?

Etc.

A piece of advice

11

After brainstorming the 7 topics, write them in the table Iasked you to print/draw. Write them here:

Select the Best

Ignore the Rest

2

At this phase, you have to select the money-making topics andcross out the rest. There are some criteria for choosing goodtopics. You base your decision on 3 things:

13

a product only to find out that it is not profitable. In otherwords, nobody wants your information! I can’t tell you howfrustrating that is. Just the thought of it makes my skincrawl!

To avoid this stabbing pain, you need to know whether or not yourniche (what you will write about) is profitable. In other words, dosome people want the information? This is how you do it:

Profitable Topics/Niches

The global Monthly Searches give a clear idea that the

topic is profitable.

tPeople are looking online for information about how to get a baby to sleep.

17

Page 18: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

The topic is profitable because many people want informationabout it. So it might be a breeding ground for money. Does thatmake it a good choice? Absolutely not. We have to check whetherthe market is hungry or not. On the next pages, you’ll know how todo that. But you need to do something before proceeding.

Check the 7 topics on Google Keyword Tool to see if people wantinformation about them. In other words, check if they areprofitable.

Desperately Looking For Information.

t

You may say if the topic is profitable, then it goes with theterritory that the market is hungry. The truth is quiteotherwise. When we say "a profitable topic“, we mean there arepeople who are interested in it. They are LIKELY to buy. Butnothing guarantees they will. The reason is that sometimespeople want free information without buying it. Check these twoimages to see the difference between ’profitable niches’ and’profitable niches with hungry buyers’.Imagine it is raining money...

To make this clearer, let’s consider a topic: Learn English Writingfor non-native speakers.

This topic or niche is profitable because there are people who areinterested in it. Many non-native speakers of English want tolearn how to write good essays. But are they ready to buy? They may buy. But you won’t make a lot of money, because thisgroup only wants free information. And even if they decide tobuy, they’ll buy products of famous universities (Oxford, forexample).

So is this a good topic? No, it is not. We are trying to makemoney not lose it. One of the important things in business iscash flow. You must have a positive cash flow. The money youearn must be more than what you spend.

22

Page 23: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

With such topics, you are likely to spend more and generate lessmoney.

So how do you know if your topic is going to make you money ornot. Here is how you do it, step-by-step.

23

Page 24: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

1 Go to ClickBank.comClickBank is the leading digital product retailer on the Internet.People sell their digital products and affiliates promote productsthrough ClickBank.

bClick on the MarketPlace

Those who sell other people’s products and earncommissions for that. 70%, 60%, etc. of the sale.We say they promote other companies’ products.

“how to make your baby sleep“

3

tSome people are Selling similar

products.

zIt is true that this

indicates that the

market is hungry, but

it is not enough.

tttttohttttttttttttttytyt

26

Page 27: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Guessing doesn’t work here. We must have clear evidence thatthe market is hungry. So to be sure, we need to do another step. But before that, let me show you why I previously said the topic"Learn English Writing" is not good.

tttttohttttttttttttttytThe first results are about English in general and business English. Nobody sells

a product about learning English writing for non-native speakers,

which is a very bad sign.

27

Page 28: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

To be sure that the group of people we are targeting is hungryfor information, we need to do one more thing. We need to knowhow much money competitor websites are paying for advertising.Don’t worry, I’ll show you how to do that.

1 We need Google Keyword Tool again.

Choose the first link.u

Go to Google and type:"Google Keyword Tool".

28

Page 29: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Write your topic here.

After that, hit search.

2 Follow the same instructions:

If your topic only applies to

Americans, then choose US

here. If it is for English people,

choose UK. If it is for all,

choose all countries.

29

Page 30: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

3 When you get the results, do this:

dClick on Columns.

30

Page 31: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

4 You’ll see this window:

Check ’Estimated Avg. CPC’

gThen click save.

31

Page 32: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Avg. CPC refers to Average CostPer Click, which is the averageamount you pay each timesomeone clicks on your ad. Whenyou conduct a search on Google, you usually see some ads on theright sidebar. People pay thesearch engine to place themthere. They only pay whensomeone clicks on them. This iscalled Pay per Click Advertising.Avg. CPC refers to the amountyou pay when a visitor clicks onyour ad.

g

32

Page 33: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

How does that help us? Well, if people are paying $1 pervisitor/click, isn’t that an indication that they are making moremoney with that visitor? Imagine that an ad is clicked 200times a day (sometimes it is clicked 200 times in one hour). Then the person has to pay $200. Webmasters will never paythat amount of money if they are not getting money in return. So having a high cost per click is an indication that the marketin hungry and profitable.

Let’s see the result in Google Keyword Tool:

33

Page 34: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

5 This is the column with the Avg. CPC:

34

Page 35: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

gg

g

5 Some people are paying more than $1 per click/visitor:

g

35

Page 36: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

When deciding on whether a particular topic or niche is profitable, you must base your opinion on all keywords. I won’t only careabout "make your baby sleep", but also about other keywords Googletool generates for me. That’s because they are all related tothat niche. For example:

1. How to make your baby sleep,2. Getting your baby to sleep,3. Helping your baby sleep,4. Baby sleep through the night,Etc.

Are all related to my topic. Therefore, I must bear them in mind.

36

Page 37: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Google Keyword Tool results are clear evidence that the marketis hungry. Why? Because other people have tested it and agreedto pay a high cost per click to drive people in that market totheir websites.

Please, bear in mind that in some cases, people pay a high costper click but the market is not hungry. In other words, people inthe market don’t buy stuff. They just want free information. This happens with people who offer information on their websitesand rely on advertising to earn money. So they drive visitorsthrough advertising so that those visitors click ads on theirwebsites.

How to avoid making a bad decision about finding a hungrymarket?

37

Page 38: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

You do that by following the exact steps I outlined. Before youcheck the average cost per click, you need to use ClickBank toknow if people are selling similar products.

If you want to be sure about what I am saying. Check theaverage cost per click for the keywords "learn English writing". Youwill find that the cost is high. But when we go to ClickBank, wefind that people are not really selling products about learningEnglish Writing. This means people who advertise only want visitors(not buyers). As I said, they want visitors so that they earnfrom ads on their websites.

Now, what if I show you a method that will help you avoid doing allthe above-mentioned steps? A method that will tell you, in no time, whether the market is hungry or not. You only have to do onething to know. 38

Page 39: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

I don’t recommend skipping the steps I outlined, though. Ipersonally prefer to do the previously mentioned steps and thenuse this method:

t

1. Visit the websites youpreviously found onClickbank.

2. Contact the owners andtell them that you arean affiliate marketerwho wants to promotetheir products. Thenask them about theirconversion rates.

39

Page 40: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

The Conversion Rate is the ratio of visitors who are convertedinto buyers, subscribers, customers, etc. For example, you areselling an eBook on your website. What is the desired action youwant your visitors to take? It is to click on that ORDER NOWbutton and buy. Suppose you get 10.000 visitors per month. Howmany visitors, out of the 10.000, do what you want them to do(the desired action)? That number is the Conversion Rate.

This is an example of the e-mail you’ll send:

Hi,I am an affiliate marketer. I want to promote your product.I’d be eternally grateful if you could tell me about yourconversion rate. Thanks in advance.

40

Page 41: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Send the e-mail to websites that sell products about your topic. Most of them will respond. If they don’t reply, they either don’tknow what the conversion rate is or don’t want to admit that theyare not making sales. You must Know then that the market is nothungry. If they reply and the conversion rate is high, the marketis hungry. If it is low, then obviously the market is not hungry.

If you do the previously outlined steps, you’d have a clearerpicture when you get replies. That’s why I personally recommendthat you don’t skip them.

Once you do the aforementioned steps, take the table and do this:

41

Page 42: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Is the market hungry? Do people

sell similar products? High cost per click?

High Conversion Rate?

Assessing competition is one of the paramount things you needto do. Many people fail online because they don’t check thecompetition of their niches. Let’s consider this scenario to helpyou understand what niche competition is:

43

Page 44: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Again, imagine it is raining money...Profitable niches

with hungry buyers. You are ready to generatemoney, right? Nothing is in yourway.

BUTImagine that something is inyour way... Profitable niches

with hungry buyers.

44

Page 45: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Would you be able to generate money in this case? Maybe some$10 or $20 will be left for you while all those people take a greatamount of wealth. Why? Because they have been there beforeyou, and they have advanced tools to collect money.

So why waste your time with them? You should look for another"cloud" that few people know about. Then and only then can yougenerate decent money.

Have you understood the meaning of competitive niches? Somepeople write eBooks about too competitive topics. The result isthat nobody buys from them and nobody can even get to theirwebsites. The reason is that tough companies totally controlthe niche. For this reason, it is extremely important to checkthe competition before you choose any topic/niche.

45

Page 46: How to Effortlessly Find the Best and Most Profitable eBook Topic

Here is how you find the competition. Again, we use GoogleKeyword Tool to check it.

g

46

Making money will be 100% within reach if you choose niches withlow competition or acceptable competition.

I don’t mean to say that the niche musthave no competition because that’s a badsign. If there is no competition, thennobody is doing any business on that niche. What I mean is that you must look forniches with acceptable competition not toocompetitive one.

Now check the competition of the 7topics/niches. Then get your table and dothis:

there a lot of competition or
