How to download Norton

Step One

• Type this in to your search bar: http://www.nortonfreetools.co.uk/

• You should come to this page

Step Two• Then you click free

download so you can download the free antivirus.

Step Three

• After that at the bottom of the page it will come up with a keep or discard, click the keep.

• Then it will download.

Step Four• Then this should pop up,

then you click Run.

Step Five• The application will

open then you click next.

Step Six

• Then it will come up with this screen, you can read the user license agreement, then click Agree & Install

Step Seven

• Then it will download like this.

Step Eight

• It will come up with this screen after you have downloaded it.

Step Nine

• To start the scan you click explore then it will come up with this, then click scan now (In yellow)

Step Ten

• Then it will come up with this, it will come up with three options quick scan, full system scan and custom scan. Pick what one you want.

Step Eleven

• When you click what scan you want it should look like this.

Step Twelve

• Once it finished it should look like this but if it found a virus it will have a red X instead of a green tick.

Step Thirteen

• When you log on go to options and it should come up with this menu and click set schedule. It will scan at 4pm so that the computers will be on and no one will be in here to stop the scan. This will take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
