How to download a Prezi:

1. Go to your Prezi and click the download button below the viewer.

2. Select the option to export to portable Prezi and then click the download link.

3. Your Prezi will be packaged, once this is complete click the “click this link to download”

button.

4. Select the save file option and then click OK.

The download process will now begin; this can sometimes take a little while as prezi files are

quite large.

5. Once the file has finished downloading go to the folder you downloaded it to and right click

it, select extract all from the options.

6. Browse for the folder you would like to extract the Prezi to and click the extract button.

7. Go to the folder and open the prezi.exe file.

8. You can now play your Prezi in the viewer.

NOTE: Downloaded Prezi’s do not include videos you have embedded from youtube. To view

these you will need to view your Prezi online.
