Four simple questions to be answered:+ What do I want to achieve within the period of … (one
year or until next election)?+ How can I achieve these objectives, which actions and
activities do I have to conduct for that?+ Who shall be responsible for each of these activities, and
who shall coordinate and supervise them?+ Which means (money, publicity tools, vehicles… do I
need further to human resources to conduct these actions and activities?
