Global Project Manager driving digital talent attraction

Human Resources Denmark - Bagsværd

Novo Nordisk is expanding globally. As a consequence we experience a strong demand for talented employees. To support the strategic talent attraction agenda, we are looking for a Global Project Manager, who will be responsible for driving the digital talent attraction strategy, which is essential when it comes to positioning Novo Nordisk as a preferred employer and securing our ability to attract, recruit and acquire critical talents worldwide. About the department The Global Project Manager will join our Global Talent Attraction department consisting of 5 dedicated employees. We have a variety of backgrounds (HR, communication, marketing and IT) and use our differences to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions in the area of employer branding, digital & social media, talent sourcing and recruitment. Our main objectives are to increase the knowledge and attractiveness of Novo Nordisk as a workplace and to ensure that we continue to engage and recruit new talents to the organisation in the most effective way. We serve as a centre of excellence for the various business areas and affiliates to help them address their specific challenges in attracting and recruiting critical talent. The job As Global Project Manager, your main role will be to drive the digital talent attraction strategy. You will act as a change catalyst ensuring that digital best-practices are applied broadly across our global HR organisation and that digital services including vendor relationships are scalable when it comes to the short- and long-term talent attraction needs. Together with your colleagues you will recommend and implement strategies to business areas and affiliates that raise the bar when it comes to using new innovative approaches for recruitment, employer branding and talent sourcing. This involves following developments within external digital trends and internal needs for new initiatives and tools. You will work as a key strategic point of contact when it comes to further developing the digital talent attraction ‘eco-system’ which consists of our applicant tracking system, our global career sites and our use of digital & social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, J ob boards etc.
