MENU PATHS / TRANSACTION CODES

To post a SES against a planned POS follow the patch below:
Click on the icon and enter the PO number; in case SES has to beposted against a specific line item, enter it in the following box (circled in red below):
The system will return the screen below:

Click on the icon Maintain and enter in the short text box the invoice details:
NOTE: at this stage the system will generate the SES number that will be linked to theeffected PO only if the SES will be duly saved.
Click on the Service Sel. icon on the bottom:
In case the entire PO quantity is required to be paid click on Adopt full quantity selection:
Select all the line items that require to have the SES created:
Click on the icon Services:

In case the Final Entry posting has been requested click on (this will be specificallyrequested you by finance when the contract for service has run up).
To release the SES click on .
Save the SES to change the status to Released/
NOTE: To view the entire list of SES posted against unplanned POS click on the iconON/OFF Tree:
TO CHANGE A SES ALREADY CREATEDThis might be required in case the SES has not be released or in case the final entrypost has to be removed. Go on transaction ML81N or follow the path below:

Enter the SES number and click on :
Click on the Display/Change icon
Apply the changes required; in case the release has been affected click on to revoke it andsave. Re-enter the SES and apply the required changes.
