Firefox Version 20 or higher:

With menu bar inactive

With menu bar active

Only These two boxes Checked (cookies>cache) time range should be “Everything” and click Clear Now,

then OK on the Options dialog box. Then completely close Firefox so there are no Firefox windows

running. The browser cannot be running at all or this won’t work. Restart the Firefox and try again.

Internet Explorer 8 and up:

ONLY check these two boxes, uncheck everything else. Very important to make sure the first box

“Preserve Favorites website data” is NOT checked or this won’t work.

When it is done and you are back to the Internet Options dialog box click ok and then Close IE

completely making sure there are no IE windows still running. The browser cannot be running at all or

this won’t work. Restart IE and try again.

Chrome Version 20 and up:

Go to the wrench>Tools>Clear browsing data…

Choose: the beginning of time>Empty the cache>Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data and then

click on Clear browsing data. Completely close Chrome, the browser cannot be running at all or this

won’t work. Restart the Chrome and try again.
