Sign in to your Gmail.

Go to http://blogspot.com

Click on View Blog.

Click on Design.

Click on Template Designer.

Choose a template and a background. Meili likes the Watermark template, with a bright pink background.

If you like the result, click on APPLY TO BLOG.

Later, Meili decides to change the color.
