Pressure Transducer 0 to 15,000. Uses Calibration Pin A and D.
Transducer Calibration Switch on Pump Control Panel.
From Remote Box Go to Pump Control.

Calibration Steps for Pressure Transducer On Pump
SCREEN
MIN-SCALE READING 0 PSI SET
CALIBRATE MIN-SCALE 819 AVG COUNTS 21
FULL SCALE READING 15,000
CALIBRATE FULL SCALE 4095
ZERO CALIBRATION:
1. With very little pressure on pump, Press Calibrate Min-Scale Twice. The Scale counts should be around 819.
2. Press SET twice to save calibration.
FULL-SCALE CALIBRATION:
1. Hold calibration switch up at pump truck. Pressure on remote box should be 15,000 PSI. 2. Press Calibrate Full-Scale Twice. The Scale counts should be around 4095. 3. Release calibration switch at pump truck. 4. Press SET twice to save calibration.
NOV Rolligon Pump Use Zero and Span to Calibrate Pressure Transducer
Data Van Well Head Pressure Transducer can be Calibrated this Way.
Data Van Well Head Pressure Transducers
• The Data Van usually has calibration switches for well head pressure transducers .
• Low counts are set in software which is zero pressure and is at 4 milliamps. 4ma= 0 psi
• High counts are set by holding switch up and hitting span or High counts button. 20 ma=15k
• Accufrac and Essex Software is set up using this method. Two point Calibration
Some Software Uses Pressure Transducer Slope for Calibration
• Slope =Max Pressure on Transducer / (4ma- 20ma)
• Slope = 15000psi/ 16 ma = 937.50• Slope= 100 psi transducer/ 16 ma= 6.25• Slope = 20k psi transducer/ 16 ma= 1250• I believe you got the point take max psi
reading on transducer and divide by 16.

Make Shure you Calibrate all your pressure Transducers before you start the job. Safety is your first Priority.
