There has be a need you fulfill by this work you do.
Understand why you really require to work. e.g. To
pay the rent, to buy food for my cat, to take care of
elderly. Know your reasons!

WHY DO YOU NEED THIS JOB?
Discovery
Understand your contribution
You spend a good amount of your time and
energy doing what you do currently. Do you know
where you fit into the big picture. It is time you
value yourself & understand the value you create.
HOW DOES YOUR WORK BENEFIT THE
ORGANIZATION AND THE END-USER?
Do you work more
Chances are that you work way more than what
you are PAID to. And maybe you don’t even realize
it. Analyze your routine and your work and check if
you are working more.
DO YOU WORK MORE THAN WHAT YOUR ARE
PAID FOR?
Why do you work more
There maybe plenty of reasons that you work more
than what you are paid for. E.g. – Impress the boss,
habitual, expected to work more, Everybody Else
does!
KNOW THE REASON AS TO WHY YOU WORK
MORE AND SEE IF IT REALLY IS NECESSARY!
Action
The Daily Planner
Plan your day in advance. Know what you have to
finish in the day and keep a daily planner to
organize your work. Refer to it multiple times in
the day.
MAKE A LIST OF YOUR HIGH PRIORITY TASKS IN
THE DAY AND CONCENTRATE YOUR EFFORT ON
THOSE.
Get the work done
Stop wasting time and concentrate on getting your
work done! Get the work done and reduce the
levels of stress associated with your job!
LIST DOWN THE TIME-WASTERS IN YOUR DAY
AND MAKE AN EFFORT TO RANK THEM LOW IN
YOUR PRIORITY LIST.
Take frequent breaks
1 hour of concentrated effort can produce far
greater results than 4 hours of half-hearted work.
Taking a break actually helps you reorganize your
thoughts, think outside the box, and become more
efficient.
GIVE YOURSELF MULTIPLE SHORT BREAKS
DURING THE DAY WHERE YOU
MOVE AWAY FROM YOUR WORK DESK.
Get a hobby
Do you invest your time in doing something that
you truly enjoy. Get a hobby that embodies you
passion and skills. This way you would always have
something energizing to look forward to.
GET A HOBBY! IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN A
NEW SKILL OR FIND A NEW ADVENTURE.
Networking
Meet people. Get social at the workplace. But don’t
crib about work with them. Focus on meeting as
many people as you can and focus on the positive.
It helps create a change in thought and break the
routine.
NETWORKING CAN HELP YOU NOT ONLY SURVIVE
AT YOUR WORKPLACE, BUT IT CAN ALSO HELP
YOU SUCCEED.
Have some Fun
Make a note of all the things that are fun and you really enjoy. DO those more often.
Add variety to your tasks, make new friends, find new challenges, go for a vacation, organize a party, just have fun!
Add some more fun to your Life and see the stress fade away as you really start enjoying every bit of your life and you feel a sense of greater control.

about it. Either find a new one, or find something
