Machining, drafting, and or woodworking in high

school.

Apply for a gunsmithing program at a college or

trade school

Other Requirements

Obtain a FFL (Federal Firearms License)

Be able to use shop equipment (lathe, drill

press, precision measuring tools, etc.)Don’t really need a big

fancy degree
