Machinery manufacturers need to produce a lot of documentation. One of this documents is the spare parts manual. Companies who manufacture special machinery engineered to order, for every project need to produce a new documents set. ---Quickly. Usually the manual is authored putting together data already produced in the engineering phase, so the correct information is already available in design documents (drawings, bills of materials, presentation files, etc.). With to ToDoT many of these activities are automated: - Assembly processing; - Drawings retrieval; - Images extraction, conversion and layout on a user defined schema; - Saving result as .pdf; The process is based on a simple workflow: - Create a template with manual structure; - With ToDoT editor match manual sections with assembly groups; - Run processing;
