Transcript of How to Assembler Carpet Protection Dispensers
Construction and remodeling projects are not
easy, but with the proper tools and know-how,
your next project can be a breeze.
Carpet protection dispensers are an important tool to help prepare the
jobsite and protect its flooring assets. While not required, dispensers
easily cut the installation time in half when compared to manual
installation by hand. They’re also quick to assemble and simple to use.
HERE ARE A FEW REASONS YOU MAY NEED A CARPET PROTECTION DISPENSER:
The surface area you need to protect is very large
You need to get the job done quickly
You experience back, knee, hip, or other joint problems from strained manual labor
You expect to use the dispenser frequently or on multiple projects
The first step is to determine the size you need for your rolls of film protection.
The dispenser pictured below fits 24”, 30”, and 36” rolls. There are also larger
dispensers available with 36”, 48”, and 60” rolls.
The dispenser comes with three
different poles to correspond with
the different sizes of film rolls.
SIZING
The main piece of the dispenser has three holes: 24”, 30”, and 36”.

REPEAT WITH THE OTHER END PIECE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE
Take the other end piece and slide it into the

of the roll until the roll is in place.

next few steps.

Attach one end of the pole in between the end
pieces by placing the pole end over the wheel.

This will make it easier to add the film roll.
Next, put the film roll into place opposite
the pole.
