PRESENTATION

I have a teenage son who belongs to the current digital generation. He does not like to read books in the traditional format. Every time I propose to summarize a book not stop to protest. But in parallel, it's a great reader. Some days he spend hours and hours reading on Facebook or chats. This proves that the problem is not read. Surely problem is the format in which the statement.

If I say I want to talk about books almost nobody is going to want provide a lot interest. This is a topic not attracts much. But if I say I'll talk about how to make money easily surely all I take more attention. But, if I explain that the gain can be obtained quietly, in pajamas, only few hours, from home and in your free time think everything is going to be very different. The issue may end, even, as trend topic.

What brings the two main features mentioned is digital book also known as ebook.

TRADITIONAL BOOK VERSUS EBOOK

Not long ago I had to make a home transfer of many that I had do along my life. Anyone who has done any know well what I mean. Worst of any transfer usually is move books. In my case I needed almost 50 boxes telling that many ended up in garbage. I tried before make a donation to the local library, but I found a serious administrative problem. To donate books needed to prepare a written description of everything I wanted to give. With the hassle of moving is the last thing you feel like doing: bureaucracies. Therefore, first problem facing a book is weight and space it occupies. As regards space must also comment some important respect. Book passed years when stored in a library eventually holds dust and small creatures that nest surrounded by an abundance of food. Problem cleaning a library, book by book, can not be explained if one has not experienced it closely.

Digital book on these two aspects already wins by a landslide to traditional book. No weights or occupies physical space. Indeed, in a digital reader or computer we can have thousands of books neatly arranged without any problem as regards this aspect.

The main drawback attributed to digital book is reading difficulty and can ruin your eyes due to display backlight. In this aspect must said that technology in the last 25 years has improved as the night to day and still best improve. I remember like it was yesterday, when I worked with some

screens that were called monochrome, ie a cute name not to say they really were black and white. Later went to color screens from 16 to 256 different tonalities. Over time, they realized that people was crushed with that view because really were damaging ray tubes. So came the day we did buy everyone a stupid screen saver. Was hang like a ham just ahead. That was a bad invention because there was not a pepper and if you saw something was with irritating reflections. Today digital readers have a display that attempts to gain its nearest competitor: the paper book. I think that proves it and goes very satisfied with results that already achieved today.

Real question differentiating, in this crisis times, is price. A book in standard format usually has a price of around 20$ while we can buy exactly the same book in digital format for about 3$ or less. Difference has not color. Vertiginous sales increase of digital books are largely explained by its price.

WHAT DO I WRITE A BOOK OR ONE EBOOK?

Viewed coldly actually gives equal time writing a book or an ebook. Both for one thing to other, use a text editor and type up that we think we're done. But in this respect it or not there are important differences to consider.

• As for censorship: Surely not about censorship in a literal sense of the word. But cleary that to publish a book it is normal that we need for approval from a publisher or a literary agent. Rejection is very high. Is a world open only to a few privileged. The digital book not need any approval from anyone. Simply goes to the net and start selling. In my opinion I think this is one of the main characteristics to be taken into consideration. • As extension: Generally, a traditional book should have a minimum of pages. If we go to an editorial with a text of thirty pages most likely they think that we are fooling and send us to gargle. Instead, an ebook can have two pages if we wish. For example, we can write a recipe and post it on Internet so it can be downloaded by one dolar cent. No problem.

• In terms of resources: Digital book can write text in the same way that traditional books. While difference is that allow adding a number of new resources that books can not never do it. The subject of the images is a good example. Put images in a book expensive its price gradually to a point just doing it economically unviable. Digital book lets you use images

BE INSPIRATED

Let the winds of inspiration flutter properly is something that is not easy to do. Everyone uses its own technique. I walk with a notebook and pencil helps me remember flashes or ideas. I think inspiration can be born spontaneously but usually feed it properly. This generally go well any of these things:

• Read much and about different topics arouses your curiosity and your reflexes. Not only find topics to write about. More you read more you learn to write. 'll Get to create your own style. Read the news. Read about locking issue with many or all of writers. Learn about different types of locks help much to resolve matter with you.

• Find things that inspire you. For some people is the music, see pictures, for others a walk in streets or anything. Curling reading blogs can a great way to know the pulse of current thinking of street.

• Take three cups of red wine. History tells that the great sage Gauss wrote his best mathematical postulates when he was drunk. Apparently, it is another time when conscious and subconscious communicate very well.

• Check magazines and publications on the topic that interests you.

• Use Twitter. You can present ideas you have and consult your followers on the topic they would like to read. This is to involve them in creating an article. Talk with them. Involve them. It's really amazing what you can do through active communication of the people who follow you. I did, once, question on Twitter about what to do when it arrives to inspiration to write. Many of them told me to use music to relax, close your eyes and think of what to write.

• Create an account in Google Reader and put there the feed of your favorite blogs. It's a simple way to read and learn about new things.

• Think about knowledge you master. Write a guide explaining some of things you know. "How", "Create", "How to Use", "How to", "When", "Why", etc..

• Write lists of things. Many times these lists can become a written. Other times they are simply suggestions to yourself. Listography is a great site that can help.

• Go to the movies. Take a walk. Drink one coffee. Look at people and imagine what the world would real writing. Talk. Be sociable.

• Buy a notebook and keep it with you. Write all times ideas that come to mind. Make drawings, doodles, write single words or creates titles for possible writings.

• Organize your work. If you have a schedule for writing and all materials on hand is probably everything flow faster.

• Finally, if all else fails see to the mountains or beach. If this does not make you write almost do not dedicate yourself to write and do anything else.

SELF-PUBLISHING

Write an ebook yourself and make a web publishing known as self-publishing. Already there are many pages that allow you to upload a digital book to put it on sale. It is a very new industry. Can evolve much in the coming years. The self-publishing and now includes all the different possibilities. You could write a book to be sold in paper, ebook or even not to be sold and we only buy. You can sell digital photo albums, videos on DVD or CD music among others.

The problem is usually self-published material quality. What is printed by a publisher has the warranty behind professional correction. Material self-generated normally is not very accurate. It is experiencing a curious phenomenon is that frankly people do not usually give much importance to this sensitive issue. I think self-published less price than heavier than what pay for have professionalism purchased materials.
