Fundraiser Functionality

Our goal is to transform your fundraiser from being run by an individual or small group to involving every member of your organization and beyond.

Our fundraiser functionality offers an easy way for everyone to get involved.

Upload your email list or use the ‘add’ button to add one at a time.

‘Fundraisers’ receive an automated email from the system with their personalized link to share via social network and email.

Each Fundraiser has their own username and Password to login to the system to track his or her sales.

All sales that go through the link or personalized email automatically are credited to the fundraiser.

Each New Fundraiser receives this customized welcome email.

This feature makes it easy for everyone to get involved by simply forwarding an email that was written for them to all of their contacts.

When a member of an organization sets a goal for themselves, it makes it personal. Now the friends and family will want to help him reach his goal.

Additional Fundraiser Functionality

Phone banking is often used by organizations.

This is where you either have volunteers or individuals paid hourly or based on performance calling through a list for you. By having them each setup with their own link in front of a computer, you can easily track performance of each participant as well as eliminate a huge data entry job on completion.

You can also offer incentives to your membership to help sell and this eliminates that tracking nightmare of who is due credit for which sales.

Social networking blasts can be coordinated where everyone involved posts it at the same time. You can then follow up letting everyone know the results from this quick and effortless project.

Please mail your $60.00 payment to the address listed below. Please include your confirmation number on your check.

A copy of your ticket(s) and coupons from our corporate sponsors will be emailed, to the email address you provided, as soon as your payment is received.

Now that you have sales, how do you manage and track

them?

In this section you can choose who to send reminder invoices to by checking the boxes next to the name and clicking “Send reminder”.

 The “Add Ticket” button on the top of the page is to enter tickets that were sold offline either in person or mailed into the office.

Top section shows all ticket sales that you have not yet received payment on, ‘Tickets needing payment verification’.

The next section on this page is your list of ‘verified paid tickets’ which includes all customers who paid by credit card as well as ones who paid by check and you have already received their payment.

All customers in this section have already received an email with a link to their tickets. This gives the customer the comfort of knowing that they are really entered into the raffle with the visual of their ticket(s).

Sales Process Management

Once payment is received you click ‘edit’ on that line and mark it as payment received with check number and amount.

Hitting ‘save’ will generate the order complete email with the link to the tickets for this customer.

A second sponsorship opportunity is available on each ticket to help you get a sponsor for the tickets themselves. Tickets sponsors will have their name on every ticket.

The tickets have your organizations logo as well as prize and drawing information. It has the ticket purchaser’s information as well as ticket # and price.

The bottom of this page is where the sponsors coupons or thank you messages show up.

Sales Process Management

As an additional way to thank each customer, there is an email that is sent three days after they purchased tickets. The email text is fully customizable and includes a link to your customizable thank you page with a second picture or thank you video.

The day before the drawing you can simply click

on “Print for Drawing” to print pages

with 27 tickets per page.
