Mya called me a couple weeks ago in the afternoon and said she is using 3 brother copiers at her business. She said it’s not costing her a ton of money in toner because they use remanufactured cartridges. Mya said another problem she’s having is that the machines get hot and fall off of the network which really means her little brother machines aren’t capable of the high-volume of printing they’re doing. Her company was directly LOSING BUSINESS because her printers would go down, there was no way of printing the invoice and fulfilling orders and her potential customers would go to another wholesaler; all because of her “cheap” printers!
