The use of the bold font represents aggression, strength and this indicates that the artists it is on about are strong, bold and aggressive. The fact that the font is also sans-serif reflects on the artist as being bold and masculine as the text doesn’t have many if not any curves.

The use of the dark red and black colours also represent aggression and darkness which is usually associated with this genre of music. Also the use of dark colours on a plain background also helps the text stick out and be noticeable.

The members of the band are represented in a rock/metal way as the use of their aggressive facial expressions and the style of clothing they are wearing re-enforces the genre and that many artists into rock/metal are aggressive and angry.

The use of the microphone in the singers hand also helps represent the relation the image has to the genre.

The use of the bold sans-serif fonts here, as well as the dark colours represent the artists in a bold, aggressive way.

The use of the red on black also helps the text stand out as well as representing the dark nature and structure of the artists.
