TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Participants are required to meet Executive volume maintenance from the start of the qualification period until the commencement of the Star Academy• Participants are required to complete the qualification criteria between July 2014 and June 2015 to qualify for this Star Academy in 2015. • Number of seat depends on the number of associates in the distributorship; up to maximum of 2 persons per distributor account may participate in the Star Academy, provided that the 2nd person in the account exists at the start of the qualification period until the end of the qualification. • Participants will depart from their home country’s capital airport.• Participation in the Star Academy is non-transferable and non-cash convertible. Participants are only entitled to attend the Star Academy destination they have qualified for. The Company will not honor a request to attend a future Star Academy or trip of similar kind and any future compensation, regardless of circumstances.• Product returns within 12 months following the 2015 Star Academy Phuket of more than 5% in the commissionable organisation volume generated at the time of qualification that would have affected pin level and qualification for the Trip will result in disqualification from the Trip and withholding of all forms of recognitions (wall of fame, success seminar, magazines and conventions). The Distributor agrees to reimburse Nu Skin Singapore, Malaysia or Brunei for the cost of the Trip and any other recognition events.• Participants must not have any Distributor violations prior to and during the qualification period.• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas and all expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the Star Academy.• The Company reserves the right to change the Star Academy destination and any of the terms and conditions if circumstances deem it necessary.• Participants are required to build their Nu Skin business in accordance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

1 SEA Executive who has never been paid at a title of Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway Executives for at least 4 months in any prior calendar year since January 2003.2 SEA Executive who has been paid at a title of Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway Executives for at least 4 months in any prior calendar year since January 2003.3 A Qualified Breakaway Executive is paid as Executive or Provisional Executive/Demotion Exec with downline breakaway Executive. 4 Number of seats up to maximum two (2) is according to the number of associates in the account at the start of the qualification.5 It includes 3D2N twin-sharing accommodation, meal and transportation from the country capital to the Academy.

SPECIAL RECOGNITION FOR NEW STARS AND STAR CREATORSNew Stars and Star Creators will receive special recognition in the Star Academy. Recognition includes reserved seating, stage recognition, special recognition items and upgraded room.
