already there ( If the bid is $10; to bid, you must at least go to $20).

3. You can bid as many times as you want-all bids must be higher than the bid presently.

4. Let’s say you bid $400 a month and you are the highest bidder—

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If you are the highest bidder------YOU WON! You will be contacted to go to title/escrow

1. Bring your ID2. Your first months payment3. Signs some docs4. THE HOUSE IS YOURS

Remember, there is only one highest bidder-winner per property
