Pre-Registration Checklist:

Before you can Register and Sign Up you will need:

1. A Gmail Address

2. Google Authenticator

3. A Funded Payment Processor (Digital BTC wallet)

4. A Username for your CashFX Account

5. Your Sponsors Referral link

Signup Checklist:

Pre-Registration – Step by Step

1. A Gmail AddressIf you already have an active Gmail address that you wish to use then

you can ignore this and move on to Step 2: Google Authenticator

1a. In order to create a new Gmail address

simply head over THIS LINK and follow the

step by step instructions from Google

N.B: This software is completely free

PRO TIP 1: If you require a Gmail address or extra Gmail addresses,

then make sure you download the Gmail app to your mobile phone to

receive and access relevant emails on the go.

PRO TIP 2: To minimise any potential future issue always try to choose

a non punctuated Gmail address as per the example below.

e.g. [email protected] and NOT [email protected]

2. Google AuthenticatorIf you already have Google Authenticator installed on your phone and

are familiar with its usage then you can ignore this and move on to

Step 3: A Funded Payment Processor

2a. In order to fully secure your CashFX account after its

creation and activation you are going to need to use 2FA –

Two Factor Authentication.

Please visit your “Apple App Store” or “Google Play Store”

and search for “GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR” and install it.

The icon will look like the below image.

N.B: This software is completely free



3. A Funded Payment Processor (Digital BTC Wallet)If you already have an active BTC payment processor and know how to

load / deposit funds then you can ignore this and move onto

Step 4: A Username for your CashFX Account

There are some video links and help guides on the following page.

3a. Sign up to the payment processor / Digital BTC wallet of

your choice, the best approach is to ask your sponsor for a

link to the platform they use. This will make it easier for

them to support you during it’s setup.

There is a wide variety of these platforms which allow you

to convert FIAT currency such as £, $ etc over to BTC which

is the funding source of choice for CashFX.

Some examples of commonly used platforms are:

Europe:

Coinbase – www.coinbase.com

CoinFalcon – www.coinfalcon.com

Luno – www.luno.com

Australia / NZ:

Coinspot – www.coinspot.com.au

Cointree – www.cointree.com

You will need to complete the registration and attach any

requested photo ID or verification information for their KYC

process.

N.B.

Some platforms such as Coinspot may even make a courtesy

call to confirm your details.

Some platforms such as Coinbase may decide to carry out

more extensive verification checks and take a couple of

days to do so.

3b. Once you have created and verified your

account you will need to Load it / Deposit funds

from either a debit card or by directly connecting

your bank account for larger sums. Again this is

where the extra security comes in, to protect

you, your credentials and your funds.

Please make sure you deposit enough to cover the

$USD cost of the entry point pack you are looking

for, if you are in any doubt, please discuss with

your sponsor who should be able to advise

accordingly.

4. A Username for your CashFX Account

PRO TIP 3: This username will appear as part of your referral link so

please make sure it is something appropriate for marketing / sharing

purposes when you are considering its creation.

Your username will be how you log into your CashFX account each and

every time, just ensure it is memorable. Write it down or store it

somehow digitally so you do not forget it. It will need to be a minimum

of 8 characters, you can have any combination of letters and numbers

that you choose.

5. Your Sponsor’s Referral Link

Your sponsor should absolutely know their referral link and how to find

it, but just in case they do not, ask them to log into their CashFX

account and as soon as they do, their referral link will appear, along

with a “copy button” right at the top in the centre of their Dashboard

as per the screen shot below.

If your sponsor does not know

their referral link and they are

logged in on a mobile device,

they will need to hit the green

magnifying glass as per the

example, it will then display their

referral link with a copy button

Sign Up – Step by Step

1. Register using Sponsors link

1a. Start by selecting either

of the highlighted buttons

1c. Ensure you

complete every field

fully and correctly

1b. Ensure you double check

your sponsor’s username is

correct


1d. Once you receive

this message on

screen, check your

email account for an

email with the below

subject. Once

received you can

close this browser

tab.

2. Confirm account registration

2a. Open your confirmation email and click

on the “Confirm Url” link as shown in this

example


3. Sign in to your CashFX account

3a. When you log in for the first time you will be presented with the

following screen, this again is about protecting your account and your

information. You need to head over to your email again and grab the

code.

3b. The email you are looking for will have the below subject title


3c. Open the email and grab the 6 digit random code as in the

example below

3d. Once you have copied the code, please paste in the open box in

your CashFX “Authorize New Device” screen and then hit “Confirm”

3e. Once you hit confirmed, providing the code has been entered

correctly you will presented with the following pop up screen. You can

now hit “OK”


4. Select “Academy + Trading” Pack Option

4a. You will now see another pop up window

asking you to pick your package. Please hit “OK”

4b. Please ensure you now select

“Academy + Trading Pack”


5. Select “Academy + Trading” pack value

5a. Please ensure you now scroll down to select the correct pack

that matches the entry point purchase you are looking to make.

This can be anything from $300 right the way through to $100,000.

If you are following a specific build strategy, then please ensure

you liaise with your sponsor to make sure your purchasing the

correct pack for your intended strategy.


6. Confirm “Academy + Trading” pack choice

6a. Make sure you select your country of residence from the

drop down field. You can also opt to enter your phone number

at this point if you choose to.

6b. You must place a tick in the box to agree to the terms and

conditions and then you can hit “Continue”


6c. This is the final confirmation screen to ensure that you

have selected the correct value and pack type that you wish

to purchase for your CashFX account.

Please hit “Confirm Order”


7. Purchase “Academy + Trading” pack

7a. You will now need to purchase your pack. You can either use your

payment processor mobile app and scan the QR code or hit “copy

address” and paste the information into your payment processor

(CoinBase, Coin spot etc.) in order to send the relevant amount of BTC.

If uncertain, make sure to ask your sponsor to walk through this step

with you, I assure you that they will be more than happy to do so.

PRO TIP: Make sure you send a few extra $USD in order to cover any

transaction charges and avoid the need for a second transaction

7b. VERY IMPORTANT Do not leave this screen, or close this browser

tab after you have sent funds until you see the screen change to the

following “Purple Tick”. This confirms that Full Payment has been

received

7c. Once you see the “Purple

Tick” you can now close your

browser and payment processor

and await your Account

Activation email


8. Await Activation

8a. Keep an eye on your incoming email for your Activation

email, it will have the following subject header

8b. The email will welcome you personally and let you

know that you now have “Full Access” to the system

CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME to the team

You can now head over to

and start checking our your

dashboard and back office.

9. Setup 2FA (Google Authenticator)In order to protect your account and keep it as secure as possible you

will be required to setup 2FA, Two Factor Authentication. Earlier on in

this document you would have been advised to download the

“Google Authenticator” to your phone. There are alternate methods

you can use, but this is by far the simplest and the most common.

9a. Log into your CashFX account on a laptop / PC or

MAC.. NOT your mobile phone.

You need to select

Account > Two Factor Authentication Setup

Or you will either see the following screenshot

immediately, if so hit “SETUP”


9b. You will now be presented with the above screen.

On your mobile phone open up the “Google Authenticator”

Application. The icon will look like this.

9c. Once you have opened the

“Google Authenticator” application

you will to need to click on the “ + “

9c. Now hit “Scan a QR Code” if you

are on an Android device or hit “Scan

Barcode” if on an Apple device

9d. Simply aim the camera on your

phone towards the QR code you see

on CashFX account screen and the

application will access the required

information.

9e. Your phone will now have an entry

in the “Google Authenticator”

application for your CashFX account.

There will be a 6 digit number on

display, this number will change every

60 seconds automatically.

You must now enter this number

before it changes into the field on you

see in your CashFX account and hit

“Verify”

9f. If successful you will now be

presented with the following screen.

Now hit “OK”


9g. You can now choose to test the

2FA setup by waiting for the number

to change on your mobile phone,

entering the new number in the below

and hitting “Test”

9h. You have now successfully setup and tested 2FA on your CashFX

account, Hit “OK” you now have full access to your dashboard.

9i. Every time you log on to your CashFX account in the future,

using your “username” and “password” you will then need to enter

the current 6 digit number from your “Google Authenticator” App
