1. Nation declaring war will state who they are attacking and their first ally.

2. Defending nation will state if they surrender or wish to fight. If they decide to fight they will state their first ally.

3. Warring nations will continue to alternately state their allies one at a time until all allies are identified.

4. Allies can choose to honor their alliances,

stay out of the conflict, or choose the other side (ONCE YOU ARE IN YOU CANNOT LEAVE DURING THE WAR.)

5. Total number of militaries from each alliance will be totaled and then crossed off at a rate of 3 for the aggressor to every 2 for the defenders.

6. Winners are the ones that still have militaries.

7. Winners decide what to do with the losers colonies, industries, and credits.
