TOUR ITINERARYThis is event is open to participants in the FOURTH GRADE AND OLDER!

Tuesday November 22:Arrive in Houston, Texas, from your hometown by car or plane. You must arrive in Houston between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. A festive Mexican dinner is planned for the evening. After dinner, a parade REHEARSAL and spectator orientation meeting is planned. Travel arrange-ments to and from Houston are not included in the cost of the tour. Please call A&I Travel at 866-719-0379 to arrange your flight to Houston. Airport transfers are not included in the cost of the tour unless you have purchased your airline tickets from A&I Travel. Upon arrival at the airport meet Varsity staff who will shuttle you to the JW Marriott hotel. Flight arrangements must be made through A&I Travel.

Wednesday November 23:After a buffet breakfast, the group will travel to Space Center Houston for “an extraordinary journey into the past, present, and future of NASA’s incredible manned space flight program.” Enjoy Space Center Plaza, Destiny Theater, and the Space Center Theater. After our NASA visit we will proceed to Kehma Boardwalk the “overlooking Galveston Texas Bay” for independent lunch and rides, souvenir shopping, games and much more. This evening will include a real Texas style BBQ dinner and dance, in Hempstead! A downtown rehersal may be required. Afterwards return to hotel.

Thursday November 24:HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Early morning wake-up and breakfast precedes the transfer to the parade lineup for participation in the 67th annual HOUSTON THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE.

“A holiday spectacle in the grandest tradition, Houston’s Parade is met with anticipation from families everywhere. Scores of fabulous floats, larger that life balloons, marching bands, and performances from some of the best talent around.”

Following the parade, return to the hotel to dress for and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving Lunch - complete with salad, turkey and dressing, cranberry sauce, vegetables, and Texas pecan pie! This evening pasta dinner at hotel and a stroll through The Galleria area which will be a-glitter with Christmas Carols and music performed by bands and choirs from all over Texas and the U.S. The lights will be officially turned on in Uptown Houston, culminating in a grand fireworks display.

Friday November 25:Hotel buffet breakfast and checkout are scheduled prior to departures for the airport. DO NOT schedule any departures prior to 9:00 a.m. and no later than 12:00 p.m.

TOUR COST, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:The total number accepted for this tour is limited. Example: Mother and daughter (cheerleader/dancer) are in a room together. The mother would pay the Double Spectator fee and the daughter would be charged the Double Participant fee.

FINAL PAYMENT: If final payment is not received by October 4, 2016, and special written arrangements are not made and approved with Varsity Spirit LLC PRIOR to the October 4th deadline, tour participant will automatically be removed from the tour, which will result in a complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: For cancellations received before September 12, 2016, all monies will be refunded with the exception of the $200.00 per person deposit. For cancellations made between September 12, 2016, and October 11, 2016, an additional $100.00 per person penalty will apply to cover entertainment guarantees. FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 11, 2016, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

CONFIRMATION: After completed reservation application and deposit are received, a reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email. VARSITY SPIRIT LLC shall not be liable for any losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or any other causes. The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or to retain any tour passenger should such person’s health or general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of other passengers. No refunds for tour portions or unused services can be made unless agreed prior to the scheduled deadlines. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and agreement on your part to convey the con-tents herein to your traveling companions. LIABILITY RELEASE. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I _________________________________, as parent or le-gal guardian of ___________________________________________, a minor (hereinafter “Minor”, hereby grant the permission necessary to allow this minor to participate in the above Event to be conducted by Varsity Spirit LLC (”Varsity Spirit”), d/b/a Universal Cheerleaders Association (”UCA”), d/b/a Universal Dance Association (”UDA”), d/b/a National Cheerleaders Association (”NCA”), National Dance Alliance (”NDA”). I, in my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, further agree to release and to hold harmless Varsity Spirit, Varsity Spirit’s Corporate Sponsors (hereinafter “Sponsors”), the Hosting site, (hotel, parade organizations and other entity providing service whilst on this Event and on whose premises the Event will occur (hereinafter the “Location”) the affiliates of Varsity Spirit and the Location, and the respective directors, officers, representatives, members, agents and employees of Varsity Spirit, Sponsors, the Location and their respective affiliates (hereinafter collectively “Releases”) from any and all liability for negligence or any other claim judgement, loss, liability, cost and expenses (including, without limitations, attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or connected with the Event, including any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/or death) that the Minor may incur or sustain during the Event, all activities associated with the Event and while traveling to and from the site for the Event whether or not the Event actually occurs. MEDICAL RELEASE. APPEARANCE AGREEMENT. I understand that Varsity Spirit, d/b/a Universal Cheerleaders Association (”UCA”), d/b/a Universal Dance Association (“UDA”), d/b/a National Cheerleaders Association (”NCA”), National Dance Alliance (”NDA”), and Varsity/Intropa Tours from time to time produces promotional material relating to its programs. I understand that as a participant and/or a spectator at the Event that Minor may be included in videotapes, photographs, DVD’s, Podcasts, and videocasts taken during the Event. Therefore, without reservation of limitations, I, in my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, hereby assign, transfer and grant to Varsity Spirit, d/b/a Universal Cheerleaders Association (”UCA”), d/b/a Universal Dance Association (“UDA”), d/b/a National Cheerleaders Association (”NCA”), and d/b/a National Dance Alliance (”NDA”). Its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, and television net-works, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape the Minor and to utilize such videotapes and photographs and Minor’s name, face likeness, voice and appearance as a part of the Event, in advertising and promoting the Event or in advertising and promoting similar future events. I further understand that neither Varsity Spirit nor any third party is under any obligation to exercise any of the foregoing rights, licenses and privileges.

EVENT RULES. I further acknowledge and understand that Varsity Spirit has established rules and regulations pertaining to conduct behavior and activities of all Event participants, by which Minor and I agree to abide during the Event (copy of which is signed and enclosed in this booklet), and that Minor and I will be responsible for his/her/my failure to abide by those rules and regulations. There will be many girls, boys, parents, and staff traveling to Houston as part of this event. We are looking forward to a great Thanksgiving event, and would like to take this opportunity to assure all parents that our main concern is each participant’s safety. Therefore, we have established the following rules of conduct and behavior for each participant while on tour. Each participant was chosen as an ALL-AMERICAN CHEERLEADER or DANCER and it is indeed an honor, as they are representing their state, hometown, school, and most of all family and themselves. Varsity Spirit LLC, asks each participant and their parents to carefully read and understand the necessity of following these rules. Parents and participants must both sign this form and return it (with registration and other attached forms) to the Varsity Spirit LLC office. Please remember that we want you to have a great time, but within the parameters of this agreement.

1. A chaperone/adult (age 21 and over) is required to attend with participants. This chaperone will be responsible for participants outside of scheduled rehearsals and performances (free time) including but not limited to swimming, free time at event site or hotel.

2. Varsity Spirit LLC is not responsible for participants on their free time.3. It is my responsibility to learn my routine from the video sent to me and to pack and bring all of my uniform to Houston.4. I understand that during the independent or free time on this tour, I will be able to sightsee or shop with my chaperone.5. It is strictly PROHIBITED to all, any member of the opposite sex in my room, whether or not they are a member of the tour and to do so will result in immediate

expulsion from the tour. I also understand that if any strangers are found in my room, they will immediately be expelled from the hotel by hotel security, and the Varsity Spirit staff.6. The use of alcohol and/or any other controlled substance is strictly PROHIBITED AND FORBIDDEN. No smoking is allowed. Failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal and

a letter to your coach and principal.7. I will be expected to be on time for all tours, sightseeing excursions, rehearsals, and performances.

MOTORCOACH (BUS) TRANSPORTATION: Deluxe motorcoaches for the group’s exclusive use during the entire stay in Houston. Round trip airport transfers for November 22, 2016 and November 25, 2016 will be provided only for tour participants who have purchased the tour package including airfare as outlined in this brochure. Transportation to and from the airport will be provided ONLY for arrivals between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on November 22, 2016, and departures between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on November 25, 2016.

THE COST OF YOUR TRIP INCLUDES:ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations will be provided at the JW Marriott, a centrally located deluxe hotel with baggage handling upon arrival and departure.
