1. Product application range *Peanut,sunflower seeds,walnuts,sesame,flax seed ects such oily nuts and seeds(please remove the shell before operation) *Soybean and corn such low oily product is not suitable for this type pressing,which is for chemical extraction *Please don’t use bad raw material to press the oil *This product is for household using,which is not suitable for industrial using.Otherwise it will shorten the lifespan.

3.Installation a.Insert the grinding screw on the motor shaft(Pic 1&2) b.Put the grinding chamber on the grinding screw(Pic 3)

c .Turn the Clamp and fasten the grinding chamber and screw (Pic 4)

d.Insert the front part on the main machine(Pic 5) e:Insert the plug( Pic 6) f:Put the oil container and residual container on the correct place(Pic 7)

Please ensure the grinding chamber and screw are dry in case of influncing the oil quality or

causing short circuit.

4.Using a.Put through the power supply and press the power button.Keep the machine to warm up for around 3-5minutes b.when the screen show the temperature around 180 degree(220V) or 170 degree(110V),please put the product into

the hopper and press the start button(Pic 9&10

c.According to the different oily product,the working time will be different.



*How to set the Temperature according to different product The machine heating device default temperature is 180C if you don’t reset the temperaure.The temperature

adjustment range is 0-180C.Through below steps,you can set the temperature you need.

1.Press the Power button,so the machine start heating automatically!

2.Press the Power button again for a little longer time until the temprature number blink.

3.Press the middle button(Start/Pause),the temperature will increase 10C one time.If you continiuously press it,it

will continously 10C increase.

4.Press the right first button(Reverse),the temperature will decrease 10C one time.If you continiously press it,it will

continously 10C decrease.

5.After finished setting and the new temperature is blinking,press the Power button again for a little longer time for

confirmation or just wait for few seconds,the new temperature setting will be activated.

6.temperature setting finished.

*The temperature setting range is 0-180C.But if the heating device temperature is too low,the machine may can not

press the oil from the seeds or nut.

5.Disassembly and cleaning a.Each time when you finished working,please ensure there is no material left in the grinding chamber. b.When there is no material left in the grinding chamber,please press the reverse button for around 30-60 senconds

for easily taking out the grinding chamber and screw.Then press the Power button to stop the machine. c.Taking out the oil container and residual container

d.Lift up the front part e.Wear the gloves to take out the grinding chamber and screw.(Pay attenion on the hot temperature of the grinding

chamber ,screw and heating device) f.Use the water to flush the grinding chamber and screw and please also use the brush to clean the inside of the

grinding chamber. g.If possiable,please put the grinding chamber and screw into the disinfection cabinet to sterlize.

*Please clean the grinding chamber and screw intime after using and just wipe the hopper each time through clean cloth. Reverse function:Just loose the button when you think it is enough to take out the grinding screw. 6.caution



a.During the working,if the machine don’t feed the material into the grinding chamber,please use the rod to stir the product for easily falling to the grinding chamber.Don’t use the fingers in case of injury. b.When the machine just stop working,the grinding chamber,screw and heating device are still very hot.It is prohibitted to touch them in case of scald.If you want to clean them at once,please wear the gloves . c.During working,please don't use the finger to touch the grinding chamber,grindings screw and heating device. d.Peanut,sesame,sunflower seeds,flax seeds don’t need be pre-heated.Just put them on the machine and press the start. e.During working,please don’t turn on/off the start button frequently. f.When you want to press the oil nut,like walnut which is big ,please make them into smaller piece ,such as 5 mm. g.If the machine continuously work for 1 hour,please turn off the machine and rest for 30 minutes to continue working in case of damaging the motor. h.Please clean the grinding chamber and rods and machine intime after using. i.It is better to press the oil in less quantity to ensure you always have fresh oil. j.Please don’t let the machine share the power supply with the big power consumption kitchen appliance.Please use the machine under the 30A leakage protection switch k.To prevent electricity leakage or other damages,please follow this instruction manual. l.It is prohibited to immerse the machine,cable and cords into the water or other liquid product. m.When you operate the machine,please ensure the machine is under the vision range. n.Please don’t put the metal sheet and other conductive material into the machine in case of short-circuit. o.Please start the machine until you make sure the grinding chamber and screw are in right position q.Please don’t put the machine close to the fire.If there is any electrical components damaged,please ask the professional people to maintain the machine. r.When you plug out the cord,please don’t use the wet hand to touch.If you don’t use the machine,please also plug out the cord. s.Put the machine on the flat surface before using.Keep the machine out the range of children.

7.Trouble Shooting a.Grinding screw is blocked *Press the reverse button until the grinding screw can be easily seperated from the grinding chamber b.Motor don’t turn and no oil out *Please let the machine preheat 3-5 minutes before working *Check the power supply C.During the working,the motor suddenly stop working *Please check whether the working time is over 45 minutes. *whether there is no material in the hopper over 1 minute



*Continoulsy block the machine 3 times *Whether the machine front part insert into the machine tightly
