How to present your work in ICT

• Time New Roman or Arial font• Font size 12 for the main body of text• Headings in no more than size 16 always

underline and in bold• MS Work – word processor

– no backgrounds, coloured text or clip art• MS Power Point – Presentation

– All sides to have titles– No more than 6 bullet points per slide– Consistent transitions, animation and colours scheme

(including text)

Title goes at the top

• This is where the main text goes always in bullet points or numbers

• You can use:– sub headings– Hyperlinks– Images– Colours– Backgrounds make sure you can read the text!

• Consistency – everything stays the same on all sides

Header – Title of the document, your name
