Waiver rate increase FY 14- $2 million in GRF=$5.4 total Short term plan is to increase rates for:
Transportation from .40 to.45 per mile
On Site/On call from $10.33 to $10.81 and for independents $7.22 to $7.61
WHY? Limited dollars, 6 months to distribute, easy for CMS to approve!

Waiver Rate Increase FY 15- At least $4 million, possible $6=
$10.8 million available to increase agency HPC rates.
Workgroup being scheduled to meet every other week to develop rate methodology including quality performance measures and tracking mechanism for dollars spent.
