  • CONCLUSIONS-CONTINUEDONLY ONE KNOWN AGENCY IS AVAILABLE FOR BARE HAND TECHNIQUE WHICH MAY LEAD TO THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF THE CREW AS AND WHEN REQUIED

    MOBILISATION OF EQUIPMENT & CREW WILL BE TIME TAKING AND COSTLY FOR ANY SPECIFIC EMERGENCY WORKS
