What can I sell? totalstay supports net and commisionable rates. Please note that net rates are generally JAC travel customers, whilst comissionable rates are totalstay customers. Special offer, strike-through rates and agency negotiated rates/ commissions are also supported. How do I pay? totalstay operates on a pre-payment basis, where the travellers will be charged directly. Payment can be made with agency credit line or deposit account, with Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diner credit cards accepted. Invoices: When a booking is made, two different documents will be emailed to the travel agent email address provided via the XML - one will be the hotel voucher that they can forward to the customer, and the other is the agent’s own booking confirmation/invoice. How do I get my commissions? Only a net amount is deducted from your credit line or credit card. This means you keep your marked-up amount/ commission in hand. What else do I need to look out for? Vouchers: traveller vouchers are sent to the email address entered at booking, provided Amadeus sends the email ID at the time of booking through XML.

Multiple room bookings: there are no restrictions on the number of rooms that can be booked on a single PNR. Both identical and non-identical room bookings are supported.

Room occupancy: up to nine adults are allowed per room. Up to two children are allowed per room. For multiple room occupancy, all guest names are required.

Multilingual support: totalStay supports English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish Norwegian, Icelandic, Finnish, Danish Portuguese (Br). Portuguese (Pt), Hungarian, and Italian.

Booking modifications: in order to modify totalstay bookings on Amadeus, whether bookingdates or names changes, you must cancel and rebook.

Refunds: where clients have booked via credit line, any refunds from cancellations are factored into their next statement and issued as credit. Where bookings are made via credit card, anyrefunds from cancellations are processed automatically by the totalstay system, when the cancellation is made. It may take between 3-5 days for the refund to show on credit card statements, depending on the bank.

How do I get started?In order to begin booking totalstay through Amadeus, you must register via the Amadeus Registration page or directly with totalstay. For an existing totalstay customer:

1. In the Agency Details section, enter the existing totalstay login Agency name in the ‘Company Name’ field of the registration form.

2. In the Agency Manager section, do not enter the existing Username and Password, but instead enter amadeus/amadeus.

For an Agency that is not an existing totalstay customer:

1. Complete the form using a preferred Username and Password.

2. The Agency will be contacted within 5 business days in order to complete the registration.
