Dear Volvo Apprentice, Welcome to The Daventry Court Hotel, we do hope you enjoy your stay here with us. For your convenience, we have listed below some useful information about the Hotel:- Your rate includes overnight accommodation sharing a twin bedded room, breakfast and dinner. FUEL Restaurant- Breakfast 07:00 – 09:30

Dinner 19:00 – 21:30

Your Dinner in the Fuel restaurant consists of 3 courses. If you prefer to eat in the bar an allowance of £21.50 is made, please note this can now be used against any items on the specials board displayed in the bar area. The Bar serves food 10am to 10:00pm, and the Restaurant is open for dinner between 7:00pm and 9.30pm. We would ask that you pre-book a table for dinner in the Restaurant with Reception. Please Note: You will receive Drink vouchers on check-in 1 for each night of your stay which you can ONLY exchange when ordering Dinner. You can exchange the vouchers for 1 half pint soft drink. Please keep the vouchers secure; as if they are misplaced they will not be re-issued. All other drinks and coffees are not included in your dinner rate, and must be paid for as taken. Only 1 voucher per night will be accepted. Common Room Please note there is now a Room allocated upstairs near the bedrooms which Opens – 18:00 – 22:00 each evening of your stay. There is a Plasma TV with Free view, you can attach your game consoles to the TV. House Rules

• Common Room will be checked Daily and any damage could result in loss of Facility

• Only Food or Drink Purchased in the hotel only to be consumed • Respect Other Hotel Guests

• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Hotel including Bedrooms. Should you wish, you may smoke outside in the Courtyard.

Only the guests named on the bedroom registration card should be in that bedroom at any time. Any alcohol found on guests who we believe to be under 18 will be confiscated. Taxis for 1

st year students to and from the Volvo Training School are booked in advance with GB Taxi’s. The

Taxi’s will depart the Hotel at 9.30am prompt on Monday morning and 8.15am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, returning at 5.30pm each day to the Hotel. Should you need to access the internet throughout your stay, there is a wireless network provided by Spectrum available throughout the Hotel. To log on, connect to their network and then go straight to your browser and you will be directed to Spectrum’s homepage where it will register you and connect. If your Dealership is being invoiced for your stay please check that your details are correct on your registration form and we will need written authority to do so by way of a Purchase Order Number or faxed Confirmation that the account can be invoiced back. If your dealership has supplied you with a cheque, you will need to present this Reception when you arrive at the Hotel.
