In an intimate atmosphere rich in history, Hotel Lunetta is a 4 star luxury hotel located in the historical Centre of Rome, in Piazza del Paradiso, between Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, and close to Trastevere. Thanks to its perfect location guests can easily walk to all the main touristic attractions in Rome. Completely renovated between 2009 and 2011, Hotel Lunetta is located in a building which was the ancient Hotel of the Moon and dates back to 1368. In 1782 its name was changed to “Hotel della Lunetta” because of the half moon figuring on the emblem on its façade.As evidence of the historical value of the building, remains of the ancient Theatre of Pompey were found just under its foundations, during renovation works. This theatre had been inaugurated in 55 b.C. and its walls are still visible thanks to the use of crystal panels, which allow guests to enjoy these precious historical remains, wonderfully preserved overtime. Inside these walls the gem of the hotel was created: a wonderful Spa of over 300 sq.m, with multipurpose rooms. An hotel of ancient charms and unique beauty, where the millenary history of the Eternal City can be enjoyed amongst all modern comforts.

L’Hotel Lunetta è un elegante boutique hotel 4 stelle situato nel centro storico di Roma, in piazza del Paradiso: tra Campo de‘ Fiori, Piazza Navona e il Pantheon, non lontano da Trastevere. Immerso nella storia millenaria della Città Eterna, l’Hotel Lunetta è la location ideale sia per i turisti alla scoperta dei monumenti storici e artistici, che per gli amanti della “dolce vita” romana. Completamente ristrutturato tra il 2009 e il 2011, l’Hotel è situato in un edificio che ospitava “l’Antico Albergo della Luna” risalente al 1368. Nel 1782 il suo nome fu cambiato in “Hotel della Lunetta”, a causa della mezza luna che appare sullo stemma della facciata. A conferma del valore storico del Palazzo, durante i lavori di ristrutturazione, sono stati trovati sotto le sue fondamenta ampi resti dell’antico Teatro di Pompeo. Questo teatro venne inaugurato nel 55 a.C. e le sue mura sono ancora visibili grazie all’utilizzo di pannelli di cristallo che consentono agli ospiti di godere di questi preziosi resti storici, meravigliosamente conservati nel tempo. All’interno di queste mura è stata realizzata una splendida Spa di oltre 300 mq. con vari ambienti multifunzionali per la salute del corpo e della mente. Un hotel dal fascino di altri tempi e dalla bellezza unica, dove antico e moderno si fondono creando una magica atmosfera.

Hotel Lunetta offers 30 rooms, all equipped with every modern comfort: sound proof windows, Wi-Fi connection, direct dialing phone, hardwood floor, laptop size electronic safe, mini-bar, independent air conditioning, flat screen TV with Sky TV channels. Guests can choose among the comfortable Classic Rooms with a double bed or a queen size bed, characteristic Superior Rooms with romantic wooden beams, that give these a touch of antiquity perfectly blended with their modern decor.For the most demanding guests, Hotel Lunetta offers large De Luxe Rooms with a king size bed or twin beds and view over two of the most Ancient squares of Rome. Families can choose between the charming Junior Suites, for max 3 persons with a king size bed and designed living area and Family Suites, consisting of two comfortable adjoining rooms connected by a private entrance. Finally, for a luxury weekend, the hotel offers its guests a sumptuous Suite, provided with a large terrace and a romantic view over the rooftops of the Eternal City. In style with the building, all the bathrooms are decorated in strictly black and white Italian marble as all the precious corridors of the hotel.

La scelta delle camere può spaziare dalle confortevoli Camere Classic, con letto matrimoniale o queen size, alle caratteristiche Camere Superior, con romantici travi in legno che danno un tocco di antichità, perfettamente coniugato con il design moderno dell’arredo. Per gli ospiti più esigenti, l’Hotel Lunetta mette a disposizione ampie Camere De Luxe con un letto king size o due letti twin e vista su due delle piazze più antiche di Roma. Le famiglie possono invece scegliere tra le eleganti Junior Suite, per un massimo di 3 persone, con un letto matrimoniale ed angolo living e le comodissime Family Suite composte da due camere separate, unite da un ingresso privato. Infine, per un week end all’insegna del Lusso, l’hotel Lunetta offre ai suoi ospiti una sontuosa Suite, dotata di una grande terrazza ed una romantica vista sui tetti della Città Eterna. In perfetto stile con l’edificio, tutti i bagni sono rigorosamente decorati in marmo bianco e nero come i preziosi corridoi dell’hotel.
