The curriculum

Training takes place on location (Hotel).

The location is very important for our role-playing in real guest mode setting.

During the training there will be numerous events where the Hotel Butler and the

trainers will be part of.

From very formal dinners to casual lunches, from a banquet event to an afternoon tea.

Training method

• A typical course day runs from 9 AM until 9 PM. The instructors will coach the Butlers throughout the course. On a daily and on a weekly basis the future Butler will receive feedback on their progress to become a superb Hotel butler.

• The total cost is € 2.450,- per hotel unit excluded travel arrangement and accommodation during the entire training period.

• Recommend maximum participants per course per Hotel is 10 Butlers.
