The 4-star The Hilton York Hotel (York Summer Workshops venue) is located in the city centre of York (about a 15 minute walk from York Railway Station), and not on the University of York campus (which is a 20-minute drive away from the workshops venue). Pages 3-9 of this document list a selection of hotel, guest house and self-catering accommodation in York, in ‘walking distance’ order (using approximate minutes) from the York Summer Workshops’ venue (The Hilton York Hotel), and a map shows their respective locations on page 10.
