One of the most exciting things about beauty is the ability to share beauty secrets with your friends and loved ones! There is no greater beauty secret than airbrush cosmetics! Together, we have embarked on this exciting journey to enhance the beauty of millions of women and offer prosperity and the freedom of financial independence to all those that are interested.

Luminess Airess Parties are fun and energetic; designed to introduce women from all walks of life to see the true beauty and simplicity of airbrush cosmetics. More importantly, parties are designed to generate dollars and opportunity for Luminess Consultants, Hostesses and potential new recruits.

Familiarize yourself with the guide below to help you organize and execute a Luminess Airess airbrush makeover party:

• Have the first party at your place! All future parties should have a Hostess; a Hostess is anyone you can connect with who can organize and gather a group of women to attend a Luminess Airess Party.

• A hostess generally provides guests, location and amenities. IMORTANT: We have many Hostess incentives to reward them for getting parties organized for consultants.

• For best results, invite approximately 8-12 women who love makeup! Remember that you are in business of selling Luminess products and recruiting a down-line which can generate additional income. The odds of greater sales always increases with greater number of attendees. Send a simple “Save-The-Date” email or social media invite to those attending with time, date and location for your Party. Send this email with a 7-10 day advance notice so that your guests can adequately plan and coordinate their own lives to attend your Luminess airbrush party. This will generally be the duty of your Hostess.

• Have your guests RSVP so you know exactly how many friends will come along; remember “the more, the merrier!” Your Hostess will generally track the RSVPs. A Hostess is encouraged to invite additional people in the event her RSVPs are dropping-off; never hesitate to further invite that one or two last minute people!

• Check to see if you have enough makeup and product. Check to see that you have a wide sampling of foundation shades and make sure that your demonstrator airbrush is clean and ready for the party.

• Having inventory is a personal choice; keep in mind that many of your guests will want product NOW! It may be wise to have 1-2 airbrush –systems handy for impulse buys. IMPORTANT: If you do not have the resources to obtain impulse inventory then simply use our ON-DEMAND system to order product for your customers. We will give you priority to get your products to your guests fast!

• Be fashionable for your Party! Look beautiful, dress in a business casual style - YOU are the face of Luminess Airess and your presence and appearance are important. Avoid wearing busy bold colors or imposing prints. Be sure your makeup looks fabulous, as YOU are your best advertisement!

• Review your makeover guide in your manual, and go over the procedure to do an airbrush makeover. Be prepared to WOW your guests!

The Luminess family are ecstatic that you are hosting an Airbrush Makeover Party at your home. The airbrush system for consumers is the most important innovation to be introduced to cosmetics in decades, and we are excited that you are with us! We need your help in getting the word out.

The purpose of Luminess Airess parties is to have as much fun as possible introducing and selling Airbrush systems to invited guests. This guide is designed to help organize your Luminess Hostesses for a successful Party!

• Stay in touch and have contact phone numbers and email address of your Luminess Airess Consultant assigned to you.

• Set up a meeting by phone or in person to find out what the Hostess expects of the Party at their home or at a place of their liking: - Set up the exact location - Set up the time of the event - Note that the Party can last up to 2+ hours

• As the Hostess, it is your responsibility to deliver guests to your Airbrush Makeover Party. We recommend you invite 8 to 12 guests.

• Send a one-line “Save-The-Date” email to all guests with time & address. Please be sure to inform your guests that this is an airbrush makeup party for Luminess Airess.

• We suggest that all Hostesses keep in mind to invite guests who may have an interest in purchasing products or potentially may have an interest in joining the Luminess business, or who love makeup.

• Hostesses should always offer light refreshments, drinks and snacks to the attending guests.

• Hostesses meeting criteria will receive discounts and credits towards free Products. Your Airess consultant will review rewards in detail before the event is planned. Furthermore, Your Airess consultant will account for rewards at the end of each party for complete accuracy.

Once you have found a Hostess to offer her home and personal guest-list to you to throw a party, it is your job as an Independent Beauty Consultant, to be as prepared as possible for your event! Additionally, you are in charge of “coaching” your Hostess along the way, so that you ensure your party is a great success. Make the Hostess feel as comfortable as possible with hosting your Luminess Airess event. If the Hostess is comfortable, her guests are comfortable, and comfortable guests are more likely to purchase!

Mini - Makeovers Checklist:

WORKING WITH YOUR HOSTESSPrepare Your Hostess – Prepare Yourself!

1. Invitations! Invitations are fun to create and distribute to your contacts. Make sure you coordinate with your Hostess to ensure the number of invitees is appropriate for her home setting, unless you plan to have your party at a larger venue. Once you have determined who to invite, create invitations either mailed, created through a web-program like Evite, or on social networking websites such as Facebook (as you can create and disseminate invitations and request RSVPs electronically, which saves you time). Utilize all of your available resources for sending out invitations, as greater party attendance means more sales for you.

2. Keep a spreadsheet or log of your RSVPs, and make sure that you and your Hostess are working together to confirm number of guests attending, so that you may have an accurate headcount ahead of time for determining amount of inventory needed, number of catalogs, amount of food and seating needed for your party.

3. Complete a handful of Luminess order forms ahead of time, with your information (name, distributor ID), for easy distribution and ordering during the course of your party. Your Hostess may distribute the order forms on your behalf.

4. Remember to thank your Hostess during the event, as this will serve as encouragement and will let your Hostess know the event is going well.

5. Show your hostess all of the rewards she can receive for her efforts.

6. Always call the Hostess a day before the Party and confirm if you can help her out in any way. Be courteous and remember that she is opening up her home to benefit your business! Provide her with your cell number, and confirm the exact time she expects you to arrive.

7. A Luminess Airess Consultant is encouraged to bring in one or more of her down-line to each party as a helper to greet and assist. Utilize parties to train your new down-line to execute their own events.

8. Consultants should plan on arriving 30 to 60 minutes before the scheduled party. Assist your Hostess and begin by giving her a makeover before the party so that she is looking beautiful and radiant for the event!

Once the party begins: - Always thank the Hostess, say some wonderful words about her - Thank all of the guests for attending the event - Jump right in and start demonstrating; give a makeover (do ½ of a guest’s face and ask her to complete the other half, showcasing how easy airbrushing is to use) - Never apply makeup over a client’s makeup. Always start with a clean face and have the guest remove her makeup before applying Luminess Airess - Never hesitate to make the sale - the product sells itself but you have to close the sale

Additional Things to Consider • Plan on your party lasting from 90 to 120 minutes. Airess parties always have a start time, but the end time is generally left to the guests. Have fun! Enjoy the sales. Make each party a networking event. Recruit and have fun!

• As a courtesy, when your Party has ended, stay behind and help assist in clean-up. Be courteous and help in any way possible to leave the home in the way you found it when the party started.

• Before leaving, the Luminess Consultant must complete the Hostess Rewards Form on-line with the Hostess. Have the Hostess sign-off on her rewards. Thank the Hostess for opening up her home for your event; encourage her to host another party to add to her Hostess Rewards!

The party business itself is extremely effective, as is evident by the huge number of successful party plan companies that there are.

Your Luminess Airess Party Business:You Can’t Depend On Friends Alone! The party plan theory is valid. A party plan business can roll along forever based on parties scheduled at other parties. You should work on booking a solid party schedule from a wide variety of lead sources. After setting up a party schedule that is full and you are booking parties at the desired level for 4-6 months, your party plan model of booking future parties will start to work effortlessly.

1. Develop rapport by asking questions that require a positive answer. This can be a straight-forward yes or a positive statement. A couple of examples might be: Have you ever heard of Luminess Airess Cosmetics? Yes. What is your favorite product? And so on…

This is an easy guide on the Party Forms required for Hosting a Luminess Air party, verifying the party sales and claiming Hostess rewards! Be sure to fill out your Hostess Reward Verification Form Online, as this will serve as your record, and your product order for your hostess.

• Once the Party has taken place, the consultant must complete the Party Sales & Hostess Rewards Voucher, detailing Party Sales on the date of the Party. Consultants have 7 days after the Party date to close the Party. If there are just $100 in Party sales, the Hostess qualifies for free product or discounts off her choice of Airess catalog items. • After the party, the consultant and Hostess may complete and submit the Party Sales & Hostess Rewards Voucher on the Luminessairess.com website. Remember: Hostess Rewards are shipped from Luminess Airess and do not come out of the consultants inventory.

PARTY CHECKLISTParty preparation is key! Remember to plan in advance and utilize the party tools in your back office to help make your planning process easy and effective for both you and your Hostess.

Be certain to take all of the following materials to your Party:

• Your demonstration airbrush system(s)

• All of your demonstration foundation shades, blushes, bronzer, primer, powder and concealers makeup remover wipes.

• Download the motivational videos on your hostess’s computer or your personal laptop, to play for your guests at your party.

• Minimum of two airbrush systems for sale and take as much product that you have purchased from your Quick Start or Auto Ship bundles

• Recruiting Brochures to hand out to all guests interested in learning more about distributing Luminess Airess and joining under you. Take catalogs to hand out to guests who may be on the fence about purchasing an airbrush system. Catalogs help generate delayed “after party” sales which continue to trickle in, contributing to your overall party success

• Bring your Retail Product Order Form and use them for On-Demand sales that you may want to order from your website. Note: Also use Retail Order Forms as a sales receipt to hand to your customers

Ordering and Shipping of Products1. Office Hours - The home office will be open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST, M-F. Customer Service is closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

2. Orders and Forms - Take the time to fill out all (online) orders and forms completely and accurately and submit these as required. This will ensure prompt service and accurate accounting. All orders will be placed online on your personal website. All forms and sales aid order forms are provided online in your web site’s back office. You may e-mail these to the appropriate e-mail address listed in this guide or at “Contact Us” on your website.

3. Payment Procedures - All products and sales aids must be paid for in advance by cashier’s check, credit or debit card. Shipping & handling charges will be added automatically.

4. Placing Orders - There are two ways to order products from Luminess Airess:

a. Your Luminess Airess website

b. Over the phone, using our toll-free order number 1-844-6-AIRESS

Please have the following information available when you call:

• Luminess Airess Identification Number - This is your Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number if you are registered as a company/corporation. (Look for this number in the auto-responder that you will receive immediately after you enroll online.)

• Credit Card on Record or New Credit Card Shipment address - if different from your mailing address. Shipping address must be a street address and not a P.O. Box. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please be sure your address includes the name of a responsible party to sign for package delivery.

• Product SKU numbers and quantities.

5. The staff will take your order and immediately provide you with an order total. When you order online, all charges including products, sales tax, freight and special handling are tabulated automatically for your convenience.

6. Rush Shipping - Expedited Rush shipping is available, check for service options in your area. Additional fees and charges may apply. Rush orders must be received by 3PM Central to ship that same business day; all other rush orders will be processed next business day.

7. Returns – Luminess is proud of its products and wants to ensure that you too are happy with your purchases. You will need to contact Customer Service when arranging for a return or exchange. No product may be returned for credit or trade unless specifically authorized by the Company with a RMA#.

Our address for returned merchandise is: Luminess Airess LLC, Return Department 12802 Capricorn, Stafford, TX 77477

Please write your RMA# (return merchandise authorization on the box to ensure accurate accounting. Packages without RMA# may be refused and returned at sender’s expense.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a 100% refund, less shipping. Opened products will have a 25% restocking fee accessed. Make-up is non-returnable and non-refundable unless an error was made by Luminess Airess. If an error was made by Luminess Airess, we will ship out the replacement.

8. Shipping Procedures - All products are shipped via ground and private carrier; therefore, you must furnish a street address and telephone number designating where the products are to be delivered. Federal Express will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Orders will normally be processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Orders received on Friday will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

9. Shipping and Handling Charges – Ground Rates, FedEx or Postal Rates (based on retail of product plus sales aids) will be tabulated in your shopping cart when you place an order online. If you choose air shipment, you will be responsible for its cost.

10. Freight – All products and marketing materials are F.O.B. Luminess Airess, Stafford, Texas.

11. Product or Marketing Materials – All returned materials must be returned freight prepaid. Sorry, no call tags.

12. Tracking – You may track your package online from the back office of your website.

All orders are credited the day they are received. However, we must receive all orders relating to credited volume no later than Thursday at 9:00 AM (Central Time Zone) for personal sales volume and three days prior to the last working day of the monthly pay period at 9:00 AM CST in order to pay commissions.
