(No call to WITCC required)

1) When it’s time to join your WebEx, join as a participant.

2) Once you have joined the meeting, you will receive the pop up “Host Not in Meeting”. Click “OK”.

3) Go to Participant menu and select Reclaim Host Role – enter the six digit host key (This code will be provided to the meeting organizer by WITCC). You will now be the host and presenter

4) To eliminate the beeping when people enter and exit the WebEx, click on Entry and Exit Tone so a checkmark is not displayed. (optional)

History of the BCP Master SchedulePrior to March 1, 2013, WAPA mailed out a hardbound copy of the Final master schedule. 1st & 2nd drafts were emailed.

• PDP/WALC• Buy or sale decisions will be made based on combined PDP(including BCP Banking) & WALC resource and obligation position

• Allocation of energy purchase costs and sales revenue will be based on which side was resource long or short
