WHAT MAKES ME QUALIFIED FOR THAT TASK
1- huge exceperience –as i explained in my CV- in national posts and social field. 2-leadership and management criterias that qualify me for that task. 3-clear vision for SCORA future and how to raise it up more and more. 4-organized plan of action targeting our main problems and handle it by a discussed ways to solve them. 5-very good relations with all BSSS members and my SCORA members. 6-good relations with many other LCs members. 7-have many ideas and projects to be carried out, not depending on members brainstorming. As i have 6 perfect new ideas of new helpful projects and publication. 8-refreshing BSSS administration by new bloods and new different thought through new creative board members like me. That help in growing the BSSS more up. 9-finally,vanish the gap between the board and members by representing them very well and very clear. (10)
Plan of action
2012SCORA
At first I’d like to divide my plan of action into 3 axes as following:-
1-at level of committee 2-at level of BSSS 3-at level of IFMSA-Egypt
(A) Common points between SCORA & BSSS ****
AT LEVEL OF SCORA COMMITTEE -1
1- Rebuilding SCORA team... by Attraction of cooperative new members, forming a strong base for SCORA committee as a main target, and for BSSS as far one. (I draw a good strategy for that target)
2- Motivation of our present member to be more active & qualified and promoted to be full members. Plus use previous experience of ex-LORAs as supervisors.
3- Separate publication and propaganda to SCORA committee (after cooperation with PSD- publication supporting division) and try to cooperate in this field with SCORP committee (in specific) to attract more members. (Target to reach at least 15 new member)
4- Choosing of an assistant from the beginning of my term in the committee... basically I will focus on choosing a young one in order to learn him and to be able to follow on SCORA achievements for longer time.

5- Planting the idea of teamwork in member’s minds through training and participation in projects that based on that mainly and by regular trainings.
6- Brain-storming of our new and old members for new ideas and
projects that can be held under umbrella of our committee.
7- Full modification of our old projects (technically and
administratively)... by changing the way they were carried out in
and by choosing new coordinators that have new strategies and
new ideas.
8- Transparency in choosing local coordinators for the projects
according to their qualifications and enthusiasm. Plus choosing an
assistant for each project too, in order to practice and learn.
9- Creating new projects (according to my ideas and to members’
brain-storming) that can be achieved by the committee and I hope -
Insha’Allah- at the end of the year to have the ability to introduce
one of them on the national board. I have about 6 ideas for new
projects not only to be carried out locally but I hope to cooperate
with others LCs in doing them (will be discussed later on in my
publication campaign and in my presentation session)...
10- Regular meetings at level of the committee with members to
discuss the most important point and listen to their complain in
order to vanish any conflicts interiorly and handling the results to
BSSS board.

11- Regular activation and updating of BSSS-SCORA yahoo
website and BSSS-SCORA facebook group.
12- Respect deadlines sharply for our internal and national projects. 13- Create a simple interior system of reward and punishment at the level of committee and after agreement of the members in order to create a spirit of competition between members that will be reflected on SCORA and BSSS in a good way. 14- Better leading of SCORA-team and committee wisely as we are one family.
2- AT LEVEL OF BSSS
1-Limpidness, clearance & transparency in the point of finances and budget for the whole BSSS members and for each committee regarding their projects’ budget. 2- Continuous connection with other committees to learn more from them and give a hand & support as we can do.

3- Represent the connection between the board and the members of the committee as I will represent the committee voice in the BSSS-board & reflect its opinion not mine... To do this I plan to hold a regular meeting with the members of the committee before the important board-meetings that held to discuss critical decision that belongs to the affairs of the BSSS as whole (after agreement of the board on being discussed with public). 4- Review the decisions of the board-meeting with the committee members next committee-meeting held after the board-meeting. 5- Contact with the faculty board in order to facilitate our mission inside the college and to get back up from them 6- New trainings (with the help of TSD- training supporting division) for SCORA members in field of teamwork and presentation skills and for new members in field of BSSS terms and projects. 7- Solve our conflicts and problems interiorly and rejection of any method that would broaden them into any level outside the BSSS-board and GA.

8- Provide my regular reports according to the committee and the board activities. 9- Discuss with the FUND RAISING team finding new ideas to cover our projects in the 1st priority and discuss the ability to modify a small group that concerns with the SCORA affairs in specific way.
(A):- common points between ScORA & BSSS**** IN ORDER TO VANISH ANY CONFLICTS AND PROBLEMS, Create a new idea that called (COMPLAINING SYSTEM).
It’s a friendly not official idea but -I think- it will have a great result in that aim. The idea is based on creating a new group either on facebook or yahoo groups, plus creating an open account with announced password and data that anyone can use with anonymous name... As I noticed that many of us may have some hidden points or critique to the board or the LO and could not tell him... I found this is the main cause of all our conflictions. SO, anyone can use this account to declare his critique frankly as long as it will serve the behalf of BSSS and the work without any aloofness or discreetness (15)
3- AT LEVEL OF IFMSA-egypt
1- Enhance and strength our situation with IFMSA-Egypt to elevate our position more than we are as BSSS... That can be achieved by good representation and attendance in national events and increase delegations’ members. 2- Promote new created projects into the semi-national either national level. 3- Motivate & promote well qualified active members to be national coordinators and candidatures. 4- Activate our role as SCORA-BSSS on the national server of SCORA. 5- Strength our relation with other LCs members and increase cooperation. ....................
