This user guide explains how to transfer your hospitality matchday ticket to a friend, family member, colleague or client, allowing them to enjoy the superb LFC matchday experience.

Your guest will be emailed an e-ticket to print off, allowing them entry into Anfield Stadium on a matchday.

1. Logging into the Hospitality Ticket Transfer Portal

1. LogintotheHospitalityTicketTransferPortalbyclickinghereorbyvisiting www.liverpoolfc.com/tickettransfer

Please note:yourUserNameistheCustomerNumberprintedonyour SmartCard.IfyourCustomerNumberincludesaletter,theletterisnotrequired.d

2. Onceyouhaveloggedin,youwillseetheOverviewscreen. TheAnnouncementboxwillnotifyyouofanyimportantinformationorupdates youneedtobeawareof.

2. Transferring a Hospitality Ticket to your Guest

Totransferyourhospitalitymatchdaytickettoyourguest,followthesesimplesteps:

1. ClickTICKETSontheleftsideofthescreen.

2. Fromthedropdownmenu,clickTICKET TRANSFER.

3. Youwillthenseethisscreen:

4. Clickontothedropdownmenuatthetopofthescreentoselectthegameyou wishtotransferyourhospitalityticketsfor.Theseatsthathavebeenallocated toyouforyourchosengamewillappearinthetable.

5. Inthe NameandE-mail Addressboxes,typeinthedetailsoftheguestyou willbetransferringyourticketsto:

6. Tickeachseatthatyouwishtotransfer.Thedetailsofyourguestwillappearnext toeachseatthatyouhaveticked.

Ifyouhaveseveraldifferentgueststhatyou’dliketotransferaticketto,simply over-typetheirdetailsnexttotherelevantseat.

7. Carefullycheckeachofyourguest’sdetails.Onceyou’rehappy,click TRANSFER.Apop-upmessagewillappeartoconfirmyourtickettransferwas successful.TheseatstatuswillchangetoPending.

8. Eachofyourguestswillreceiveanemailwithinstructionsonhowtoaccess andprinttheire-ticket.

9. Ifyouneedtocancelthetransferofaticket,youcandothisbeforeyourguest hasretrievedtheire-ticket.JustclickCancelnexttotherelevantseat.

3. Retrieving a Hospitality e-ticket

1. Yourguestwillnowreceiveanemailthatcontainsauniquekey.Yourguestwill needtoclicktheAccept Ticketsbuttonwithinthisemailtoretrievetheirticket.

2. Yourguestwillbetakentothescreenbelowwheretheymustentertheiremail addressandtheunique keysentwithintheemail:

3. Oncethey’veenteredtheirdetailsandclickedAccept,yourguestwillsee theconfirmationscreenbelow:

4. Yourguestwillnowreceiveanemailwiththeire-ticketsattachedasPDFfiles. TheymustprinttheseandbringthemtoAnfieldonmatchday,alongwith oneformofI.D.(passport,drivinglicence)togainaccessintotheStadium.

5. IntheHospitalityTicketTransferPortal,theseatstatuswillnowsayTransferred. YourSmartCardwillbedeactivatedforthismatch.

4. Calling Back a Hospitality e-ticket

Ifyourguestisunabletoattendthematchoryounolongerwantthemtoattend,youcancallbackyourticket.

1. LogintotheHospitalityTicketTransferPortalandfindtheseatyouhave transferred.NexttotheseatyouwillseeaCall Backbutton:

2. WhenyouclicktheCall Backbutton,thee-ticketwillbedeactivatedandyour guestwillbeunabletoattendthematch.YourSmartCardwillthen bereactivated.

3. Anemailwillbesenttoyouroriginalguestinformingthemtheire-tickethasbeen cancelled.Ifyou’dliketotransferyourseattoanotherguest,youcandothis byfollowingthepreviousstepsfromtheTransferring a Hospitality Ticket to your Guestsection.

5. Hospitality Ticket Transfer History

Youcancheckthetransferhistoryofyourticketsforeverymatchtoseewhoyou’vetransferredthemto.

1. ClickonTICKETSontheleftsideofthescreen.2. Fromthedropdownmenu,clickTICKET HISTORY.

3. Clickontothedropdownmenuatthetopofthescreentoselectthegameyou wishtochecktheHospitalitytransferfor.You’llbeabletoseethetransferdetails forthatgame:

6. Updating your Account Details

TheMY DETAILSsectionallowsyoutoviewandupdatethedetailsofyouraccount.

1. ClickMY DETAILSontheleftsideofthescreen.

2. Toseethedetailswecurrentlyholdforyou,clickPERSONAL DETAILS.Ifyou wishtoupdateanyofyourdetailspleasecontacttheHospitalityTeamon +44(0)1512639199.

3. Tochangeyourpasswordtosomethingmorememorable,clickACCOUNT DETAILS.Forsecurityreasons,you’llneedtoenteryourexistingpassword. Onceyou’veenteredyournewpassword,clickSave.

7. Address Book

TheAddress Booksectionallowsyoutoaddgueststhatyouwillregularlybetransferringticketsto.

1. ClickMY DETAILSontheleftsideofthescreen

2. Fromthedropdownmenu,clickADDRESS BOOKtoviewthepagebelow:

3. ClickAdd New Contactandenterthenameande-mailaddressofyourguest. ClickUpdatetosavetheirdetails.

4. Toeditaguest’sdetails,clicktheEditbuttonnexttotheirname.Ifyouwant toremovethem,ticktheboxnexttotheirnameandclickRemove Contact.

5. Nexttimeyoutransfertickets,you’llnoticethatwhenyoustarttotypethename ofaguest,alistofmatcheswillbedisplayed–youcanjustselecttheguest youwant.

8. Using a Hospitality e-ticket on Matchday

Yourguestwillneedtoprinttheire-ticketandbringitwiththemonthematchdaytoentertheStadium.

1. Foldtheticketalongthefoldlines:

2. WhenyourguestarrivesattheStadium,theywillneedtoinserttheire-ticketinto theslotontheturnstile,withthebarcodefacingupwards:

3. Ifthisbarcodedoesnotwork,theycanfoldtheire-ticketinhalfandtry thesecondbarcode:

4. Ifthee-ticketbarcodehasbeensuccessfullyscanned,thenagreen tick andAllow Entrywillappearontheturnstile’sscreen.

5. Ifared crossappearsontheturnstile’sscreen,aHospitalityAdvisorwillhelp toidentifytheproblemwiththee-ticket.
