Hyoscine N-butylbromide 1amp was given every 8hours for 4 doses.1st hospital day, patient delivered to dead abortus. Placenta was completely evacuated. No bleeding during delivery. Uterus well contracted.2nd hospital day, patient was discharged as Improved.
