– Defines the specification for each sample tested.

– This dictionary contains the Product Id’s that are monitored. For

every different Product Id’s that needs to be monitored there is a

separate entry in this dictionary. There are other fields

associated with a specification for processing purposes and

finally there may be one or many tests associated with a

specification. Each Assay type of test on a specification has it’s

own unique set of limits. These limits define the boundaries for

a passing result, a warning result and a failing result. A target

value also exists for data analysis purposes.
