    Short Story Presentation: 300 points)The following is an individual or partner project. (2 - 3 people in a group, no more than 3)

    Assignment:

    You will choose a story from one of the selections below and read, analyze, and write ashort research paper on it. You will present and discuss the topic chosen for the shortstory to the class. The presentation should be 6 7 minutes, and you can design it withPower-Point, create a poster, or some other visual that is relevant to the topic toaccompany the presentation you can be as creative as you wish.

    You need to decide what you will focus on beyond the plot and analyze the storybased on the criteria of your research. Although understanding the plot of a story isnecessary, I expect students to consider other literary elements in conjunction withsome elements of horror to create an interesting analytical discussion of the story.Any paper that is merely a plot summary will receive 0 points.

    The paper must include evidence from the story to prove your point and not merelygeneral summaries. This is a short paper; limit your topic
