accommodations to ISCM ExCom members, one chief delegate of each section and associate members.

Details of registration arrangements will be announced in early January 2007.

Cultural Exchange The Festival is organising a cultural

exchange tour after the Festival to Xian and Chengdu, China to visit the music institutes and the cultural sites of these ancient cities.
