Remember: Probe all answers to learn true customer feelings and behavior (ie: Really, what else? Tell me

more… Interesting, how does that work?). Make up your own questions that follow up on those above to really learn about the customer’s

true pain. When you’ve fully exhausted all of your pain questions and are confident in your learning,

introduce your proposed solution as follows: What if I had a product (or service) that addressed the problem you identified by (insert first two sentences of your product/service concept here)__________________then return to questioning:
